Don't know if it's something you wanna take a look at, but I was noticing that dirt on the side of grass blocks is sharper looking then the ctm dirt you have. Not really a big deal, but now that I've noticed it I always catch myself looking at it.
I dunno whats causing it, I'm assuming it is because I am using optifine instead of mcpatcher, but I have used your pack in the past many times, but when I updated it to 1.4, I got this:

That's been addressed before. There are changes to the lighting system, so the new lightmap0.png won't work correctly with Optifine. Grab an older version of that one file, or open it in an editor, and cut the bottom bit off so its only 64x32. It'll work fine then. I had the same issue myself:D
Side note, it was a snazzy effect when I first saw it.

This is related to OptiFine, they have updated it already go grab the new release it fixes all the shading/lighting/texture issues.

Uh, using optifine, the water is a terrible white-grey colour, whether having custom colours on or off.
Do I absolutely have to use MCpatcher, or is there something I can edit in the pack?
I really like the effect the animations give; this is an awesome texture pack! What program did you use to make the pack, and how did you do the animations?
Misa has stated multiple times (most recently no more than 5 pages ago?) that she will not do a 32X32 pack BUT (for personal use only) you can edit the texture pack down to 32X32 (you'd need to do this for everything) and if I'm not mistaken, there IS instructions for it somewhere (within the last 10 if not 5 pages).

This was an issue in MCPatcher 2.4.1_02. Get the latest MCPatcher 2.4.3_03 and the effect should be cone.
You have to check 'Custom Colors" when patching. If it's not clickable, get the latest 2.4.3_03.
I know, for me isn't present better. It the best beautiful realistic, is a lot of creeper and many other things.

This has a hand drawn image showing the CTM layout, and how things connect to each other.
I read. I know as to make glass. But I don't know that on a transparency place as at glass.
