MISA I want to do for your texture mods but I ran into the same problem a link to the texture of the stone from the interface, I can not do without this basic gui mods mods will industrial craft ,red power 2 ,buildsraft and this is the first fashion but soon I will extend I like your texture pack and do thank you for mods if you got
Misa does not support makig textures for Mods that change things beyond aesthetics. You can find mod support I do for for IC2, BC2, iron chests and REdpower is incomplete atm. http://tinyurl.com/995ad9z .
these are all bassed on Misa's textures with her permission.

I wanted who love this texture pack and want to play like a red power 2 standard and do not like the texture of the mods here and I'm doing here is I love the red power 2 and want to play with MISA I do like the texture of MISA to say rejoice in the red power 2 I made a mini logic circuits similar to the repeater with the same stroke a thank you for the understanding
More importantly with this snapshot, we didn't get the leather armor overlay. That was a big case I was looking to close. I really hope they didn't forget about it...
...At least my tweet about using seeds for chicken breeding and varying up animal food in general so the herbivores didn't all use wheat seemed to get through, heh.
People like me kinda have to always be on the latest snapshot. Whether I post an official update or not, I'm still creating new textures for every snapshot that comes out--just to be prepared. If they end up being removed or geting changed it doesn't matter. it's better than having nothing to work with by the time the official update comes around.
It used to be safe for me to update my pack for nearly every snapshot that came out. If something's design was extremely incomplete, it wouldn't be implemented into the snapshots at all. I really miss the days when snapshots were a bit better planned-out. (Seriously guys, better division of labor is needed! The lead designer needs to be technically proficient as well as being an aesthete with a strong understanding of design principals, while systems designers need to fully understand concepts of balance and be a completely separate entity from the content designers. A proper independent playtesting department couldn't hurt either. C'mon Mojang, this is really basic stuff!)
Wow, seeing those new beacon blocks and stuff makes me really want to see your work! Just don't add the bedrock layer on the beacon crystal tho, it protrudes through the bottom when I make it float.
Can't wait to see your wither stuff as well. I'm sure you've got loads of amazing plans up your sleeves. Same with the item frames, I'm sure there's a way to make it use a separate texture like you did the button.
Also fyi, in case you didn't notice, it's a small change, but zombie and zombie pigman skin files have more empty spaces, leaving existing skins broken. Easy fix though.
Keep up the amazing work. This is my favorite pack that drives off the default's feel. Very realistic, very mood-setting, very smooth, I doubt there's anything I dislike about it. Love your work Misa.

Was it really necessary?
Damn, why can't Mojang leave the zombie skins alone?
They've been like this since the past snapshot, and I thought they'd be changing them back for this snapshot after all the complaints. It doesn't matter if it's an easy fix, it breaks backwards compatibility and unnecessarily inflates filesize. In regards to expansion, it's completely irrelevant--you don't need to alter the size of an existing texture sheet to add new graphical elements onto the model that uses it. It's a 100% pointless change with only negative consequences for texture packs.
Anyway I'm not convinced Mojang knows what the hell it's even doing anymore. I mean seriously, they break the once smoothly-functioning entities by forcing the sub-par netcode into single player mode of the game, and what's the next big thing they work on? Steerable, ride-able pigs! You don't add more features to entity-based elements of gameplay if the entities are still visibly snapping to grids and do not move smoothly when the player is linked to them. If things keep going this way, I don't forsee myself to be sticking around for much longer. Even if by the time the official patch is released, they address the texture-related problems with these snapshots, the game itself still remains largely unplayable to me at this point.

Well, at least MCPatcher was just updated to 2.4.2_03 to address the doubled textures of both zombies and zombie pigmen.
Okay I'm just out of Russia, and a little confused with punctuation marks
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
P.S coming soon red power 2 texture
The problem is: You're using Optifine instead MCPatcher. Misa's pack is created to work with MCPatcher, so don't post your Optifine-related problems here !
This may help you to avoid such problems: http://www.minecraft...-hd-fix-242-03/
You're completely right, Misa ... and the worst: You already told Dinnerbone which textures need to be changed (and how to be changed) and what happend instead? Nothing !
No useful overlays for armor textures ... no fix for zombie skins ... nothing but another broken skin (zombie pigmen).
So for what the hell we have a "Texturepacks" button in the main menu of Minecraft when no Minecraft developer takes care of any texturepack ?
We have texturepack support since Minecraft Alpha, until now it's one of the most important features of the game, more important than any modding API and similar stuff. Instead tweaking and fixing the texturepack support and adding more customization options for players and texturepack authors, Mojang continues breaking textures. And who's the one making texturepacks playable again? Yes, it's Kahr.
So, let's all say thank you to Kahr - thank you for doing everything Mojang should have done months and years ago ... thanks for making the creation of awesome texturepacks like Misa's pack possible and thanks for making them playable again after every Minecraft snapshot/update.
Kahr already fixed all zombie skin problems - and I'm sure he will fix the armor stuff too in the next patcher version.
The new snapshot says that it just uses two textures for dyed armor, which is, I believe, what Misa wanted Dinnerbone to do. Am I wrong?
@siride
The new snapshot says nothing. The Minecraft Wiki's notes on the snapshot state the following:
-Leather armor now uses two overlayed textures, one being the color
This is just blatant misinformation which someone should probably remove from the wiki. I'd do it myself, but I don't have an account there and honestly don't give a **** at this point. Even if the poster tried going on a technicality with their wording, it's still not justifiable as a valid patch note for a few other reasons:
-There was no actual change made in this version relating to leather armor and texture blending modes here to where this would classify as an addition.
-The color is applied with a multiply blend formula using hex-based color values. This is a blend mode which is not easily confused with overlay blend (another type of blend mode which to my best knowledge is only used for the block-breaking textures in Minecraft).
-Overlays in the context of texture files are not remotely related to color blend modes.
-While there ARE two textures for leather (and every other type of) armor, both have existed since indev, and do not relate at all to texture overlays--they're simply a way to separate pants/leggings from the rest of the armor.
In short, there are absolutely no new leather-related textures in the armor folder of the new jar file itself. The only change made to the dye system as far as I've been able to tell was with the hard-coded color mixing formula. This change addresses nothing us texture pack artists had a problem with. What we wanted was the default leather armor files, and then an overlay set of corresponding files that would be colorized by dye whenever the armor was dyed. This way undyed leather armor would have its own default color and dying it would affect only parts of the armor intended to be dyed (ie: no dyed belt buckles). We didn't get anything.

I really hope you stick around despite Mojang's misjudgment about game design and texture implementation. Your pack has made Minecraft playable to me. Especially after the terrible looking NPCs were released. I appreciate all the hoops you have to jump through to keep this Texture pack current. My other friends wait weeks and sometimes months to get the OCD Pack or Glimmars Steampunk to be ready after a huge update. Anyways, my point is, don't go your art makes Minecraft still fun for me, and I am sure I am not the only one.
P.S. I totally would donate, but I do not have the funds... I DO use the adfly link every time I download your pack though.

I just tweeted Dinnerbone. He WILL make the overlaying textures, but didn't have time. And the updates are not just about bug fixing. What they are adding are features long desired by players. I'm pretty sure that, by the next snapshot, all texture related things will be fixed.
By the way, that technical part is being worked on, especially by Jeb and Grum.

I hope you know, but the Mod API will include HD texture support. But anyway, I'm pretty sure there are more pople who play Minecraft because of the mods than the texture packs.
This is a great texture pack, it's just that I need one compatible with the ICBM and Explosives+ mods...
I don't like crashing due to a rendering problem...
If anybody knows one that is compatible with both, PM MEEEEEE!
