Is the Blaze texture alredy animated? Also, I don't see mobs blinking.

What do you mean by light? The following light-related blocks are animated in my pack:
-The non-sky lighting flickers
-Torches flicker and have animated fire
-Redstone torches flicker
-Jack-o-lanterns flicker
-Glowstone has a pulsing animation
-Redstone Lamps have a similar pulsing animation
Am I missing anything?

Yes, the blaze is animated. Mob animation is currently limited to the following mobs:
-Flames
-Endermen
-Sheep
-Cows
-Pigs
-Chickens
-Mooshrooms
-Tamed wolves
-Tamed cats

If you're not seeing animation on any of those, you need to ensure you've installed the latest MCPatcher with the proper options checked (See my installation instructions.) Optifine will not work as it does not support many of the features on my pack--including blinking mobs.

Idea: can you do an enderman variant with green eyes? (And if possible, the black smoke)

Also, I don't see what's animated on the blaze. A cool thing is to have the rods animated and moving, like flames. Don't know if it's possible altough.

You could do awesome things with mob animator, what about cows flick their tails?

Hey, great texture pack, but, I still can't figure out how to get mcpatcher (I am new to mods, I can do texures and custom maps, but not mods) Without mcpatcher, I can't get the water, or the lava, and some blocks glitch up, if anyone has advice please tell me! I still am loving the texture pack though, with or without those little details!

It's so blindingly simple that I'm not going to explain it to you, but instead just ask you to go to the MCPatcher thread and read the instructions there. The only thing less simple than MCPatcher is installing the game at all.

Hey since the last patch mycelium doesn't change colours anymore.

i just saw your alternates.png and there's a lot there
although its not too hard to change them yourself (for some it may be) have you considered setting up some sort of customizer to make it easier for everyone to access them?

love the new textures especially the new decorated sandstone one.
however i find the new dark wood doesn't really fit with the other wood textures, but as you said, that's what the alternates are for.

This texture pack takes me away from all the horrors of pixels.
