Hello,
I don't know if this question has been already posted, but I try :wink.gif:
Did you plain to give us the water.png files for who use the latest snapshot, we have grey water, because Color mod isn't updated to this version.
Actually I think this is more on mcpatcher not being updated to the latest snaphot. From the post in the mcpatcher thread it sounds like they changed a bunch of the code so it has to be all sorted out before he can update.
I am having this same exact problem. I have uninstalled EVERYTHING, all my texture packs, mcpatcher and minecraft itself. Started out fresh. I re-installed the latest version of everything and still get white water. I thought I was the only one having this problem as well.
...So if Misa agrees i can upload the files for others to use them...
So long as it's not sent through an adf.ly link or anything go for it. If you post it on another thread, just be sure to credit me for my work with a link to my thread.
You have addon for buildcraft 2.2.11, Industrial Craft 2 (1.43) or PowerConverters ?
Misa doesn't support them directly, but she did allow me to use her texture pack and make my own textures for them and release them under the normal rules.
ATM I have support for BC 2.2.11, and IC2 1.43 and Additional pipes. You can find my post for the textures here. Now keep in mind these texture are mostly derived from Misa's textures and there is one or 2 items Misa let me include (her avatar as a painting and the IC2 coins)
I am not an artist so it took me almost 2 months to get those done. I plan on doing power converters and I am on the fence on RP.
and I had to do it .... not having Misa's textures for em was causing my ocd to go crazy :-)
Im here to make my first post, cuz Misa's texture pack, is amazing. I love everything, GUI, mobs, armors, wepons, blocks, word fonts, etc, etc.... This the the best realistic pack by far. Congrats Misa and thank you so much.
I would love to see this pack in a x256, or at least x128.... would be even more wonderful, I know you do not intend this, but the hope is the last to die :biggrin.gif: .... if I knew how to do it... lol...
Anyone else notice the off colors during night with torches. It mixes with the blue from the moon and gives you a odd purple effect?
Kinda getting tired of answering this one over and over. Just read a few pages back. It's been addressed many times.
Anyway just thought I'd post another little teaser of what's being worked on. This time without the varying levels of fog to give a more realistic impression of what to expect on normal gameplay.
Very nice misa .... I love your continued use of creeper faces in the fog its awesome ...
There's a Notch face in there somewhere too. And now you can find it for yourself!...
The texture pack's just now been updated to support the latest snapshot as well as the newest features just introduced by the latest MCPatcher update. Check the patch notes to see what's new, or look at the screenshots above to get an idea of what to expect.

Found Notch's face, very cool!
Love your work. the new sky and fog colors really bring the swamp I live in to life :laugh.gif:
Created an account because I just had to say how much I love your work here Misa. Great pack. I've been using it forever. Love the tweaks to the light colors, too much red in the last one, but very nice now :smile.gif: The other day I got bored and installed maybe 15 other packs and played with them for a while. Right back to your pack.

now to find a way to get optifine to work with mcpatcher and your texture pack again..
Can you make your Texture pack with More Light Its To dark
The darkness is intentional. I actually play on 1%-20% brightness with my pack. I like caves to feel dark and dangerous as they would be in reality. So it's not likely I'll be changing that aspect of my pack. If you find it's too dark at 100% brightness in-game, you might need to adjust the gamma, brightness, and contrast settings on your monitor or video device.

This has probably been asked before but why is my water so white? And swamps are so light green? I quess those shouldn't be like that, so what to do to make those correct?
Methinks I need to update my FAQ. Been answered so many times it's getting obnoxious at this point. Install the latest MCPatcher with custom colors checked.

I love this Texture pack well done and how long did this take?
Over 9000 minutes. I really don't know. I've been working on this pack since around 2009 when it was 16x16 and for pre-indev creative mode. There's a more detailed history of the pack on the main post of this thread.

how do I get those awesome clouds?
Ensure you're using both the latest version of my pack and MCPatcher and that Custom Colors is checked.

How can I remove the flashing light of the torches in 4.02? I mean, i love how the biomes look now but this flashing light gives me a headache -_-. So what should I delete from the color.properties?...
Nothing from color.properties. The flickering torchlight is from the bottom half of the lightmap palettes located in the environment folder. If you don't like the lighting in general, delete the lightmap png files altogether. If you like the lighting but want to decrease the flickering, you can edit the light maps so that the bottom half is a solid set of colors all the way across by copying and pasting a column of pixels all the way across.
Edit: There, I updated my thread a bit. I put a spoiler tag on most of the images to make it easier to navigate, updated my terrain.png and items.png shots, and added a couple questions to the FAQ. If anyone can think of any other frequently-asked questions I should add there, please let me know and I'll decide whether or not I need to add that to the FAQ.

i found the issue. i had to leave custom colors checked in the mcpatcher window. :smile.gif:
