If you're using the default font, and it looks all scrunched, you didn't follow the installation instructions. Go back, read, and follow them. You NEED the latest MCPatcher for high-res font support.
If you're trying to revert to the crappy old font, you need to delete the default.properties file in the font folder. That's the file that determines spacing for my main font. If you replace the main font and forget to delete that, it'll apply the spacing for my main font to the old one. The old one I didn't bother to make a spacing file for because it doesn't really need one with the uniform character spacing.
Has there been any word on if consoles will adapt texture packs? Seems like something that could make you some coin, similar to the themes and icon packs you can make/sell/buy.

I'm still not clear on what you're asking.. If this is for permission on making a remixed pack and redistributing it, you need to ask permission in a PM, not my thread. If this is for personal use only, you don't need permission to edit my pack. In regards to a customizer, I've already included an alternates.png file which contains a ton of alternate textures you can copy and paste into terrain.png with any graphics editor that supports transparency. My pack's contents are way too complicated to make use of the currently popular customizer tool.
Blah, I wasn't even aware 1.0 was out already. Guess I gotta stop having fun and go update the pack... Edit: Oh and I just downloaded the latest MCPatcher and checked on my currently uploaded pack, and you shouldn't be getting an error if you're using the latest versions of both. Okay thanks for the information I'm not going to redistribute it I just want to try to get the dokucraft wood and the dokucraft mossy cobblestone. Also if I can get this recorder I might start a video sereis with a few friends I might refrence them to the pack also so they get the same kind of feel to the videos, and I'll also add a link to the pack in description for askers. If you don't mind can you post a link on the front page of this thread for another link that has videos of people using the texture. Thanks for your time.

Yes, so long as you're not claiming the texture pack as your own work, and if people ask for the pack you provide them with a link to this thread.
That is how its meant to look. Personally I cant stand any texture pack without that font now.

Thanks Ultimate for the tip. Enabling the HD Font pack did the trick.
It's terrible. Grotesque fonts at this size looks like someone spits in your eye.
It's very nice to use. And you're very fast at updating!
