In case you haven't heard yet. MCPatcher's been updated to now include Randomobs and support for custom animations for any texture or item icon. I've got a few animations already done and I'm thinking about updating fairly soon (Possibly tomorrow.) to take advantage of the new feature. I'm open to any suggestions regarding textures or item animations.
Just gonna drop this here.
Current finished animated blocks:
-Lit Furnace front
-Mob Spawner
-Glowstone Block
-Piston sides and bottom
-Jack-o-Lantern face
-Enchantment Table top
-Powered Rails in on state
I tried out the new MCPatcher today but, unfortunately, had this problem.
Delete the properties file. I didn't make a spacing data file for it, because I never use it. I find it bland and horribly unrealistic. The spacing without a default.properties file may not be perfect, but it'll be better than it was.

Thank you Misa, I deleted the default.properties file in the font folder of your pack and my favorite font in my favorite texture pack is back.... :biggrin.gif:
Please, never stop updating or I may have to stop playing Minecraft. :wink.gif:
Texture pack's been updated. Be sure to grab the latest MCPatcher or you will not be able to enjoy the new features.
[3.0.6]
-Support added for the animated textures introduced in the lastest MCPatcher.
-Furnaces now have animated fire with accompanying lighting effects.
-Soul Sand writhes and has glowing eyes that blink in rhythm.
-Glowstone twinkles and pulses.
-Torches, Redstone Torches and Jack O'Lantern flicker a bit.
-Redstone Ore and Redstone Dust have a slow, pulsing glow.
-Pistons and Sticky Pistons have Knight Rider-esque pulsing effects on the redstone bits.
-Repeaters have a unidirectional pulse of light inside the stone carvings when active.
-Wheels on the Powered Rails now spin when activated.
-Enchantment Tables have glowing magical symbols moving on the tablecloth.
-Brewing Stands have bubbling liquid in bottles placed on them.
-Spawners throb between a cooled and heated state.
-The diamonds on Jukeboxes and Music blocks now give off a decorative and colorful range of light.
-Darkened the Nether Brick texture to make it easily discernable from Netherrack.
Wow! This just keeps getting better and better! I came here to say that I updated yesterday with Random Mobs and the awesome... it hurts XD The MJ zombie simultaneously impressed and terrified me.
I can't wait to try the newest update. Gonna do that right now!
I registered here because I use Misa's exclusively and have been building my minecraft magnum opus specifically for it, and wanted to make an impassioned case to have the netherbrick texture darkened to match the standard version (it was a color/texture format I was really, really angling for to work with alongside obsidian and keep offsetting the cooler colors of stone).
Here are some ideas: using the animated textures, you could have the grass, wheat, flowers, saplings, and leaves (both trees and sugar cane leaves) appear to sway as if there was a breeze! Instead of glowing gems on the jukebox you could have the record spinning. Ores could sparkle or shine (faintly as to not make them too easy to spot in the dark). And maybe add an animation to the sand that makes it look like a bit of sand it being lightly blown over the top!
Oh, and keep up the beautiful work.
Need to fix the redstone in my profile picture..... CBF....
