Hey. I want to use your alternative sandstone textures, but the bottom of the sandstone slabs are using the old sandstone bottom texture, I want the bottoms to use the top texture as well. But I can't figure out where the slab bottoms are in the resource pack . Any help?

sandstone slab bottoms use "blocks/sandstone_bottom"
alternatively, texture usage is defined in "assets/minecraft/models/blocks" from there you can change what textures the sandstone slabs use.

How're things going with the entity files like the phantom, horse and horse armors? I downloaded the most recent patch but didn't see the files for them anywhere. I tried to update one of the Misa horses to work with the new 1.13 model but ended up failing due to the same texture being used for both the horse's rear flank and the neck. Color shade variation is much too drastic for my limited skills. Best of luck with all of it- we'd be lost without you guys.

This version is incomplete but the basics are covered. I'm still working on it.

New features:
-Everything from Misa's mcpatcher features that can be added to the vanilla pack are integrated; meaning you don't need optifine to get Misa's random block textures or Misa's custom special textures(e.g. fences, buttons, pressure plates). Furthermore Misa's custom Jukebox with disc texture is now integrated as are Misa's Item degradation textures.
-The Mcpatcher folder has been optimized to not duplicate features now handled by the vanilla pack meaning Optifine should work just a little bit better with the pack.
I'm not done working on the pack so please let me know if you find any bugs such as textures displaying in black and magenta or any textures that default to minecraft version that aren't listed above. Also if anyone wants to help contribute, especially to entity textures or updating Misa's horse textures. I'd appreciate it

Just downloaded the fixed version. Noticed that iron doors are showing the top half as Misa's and bottom half as default texture. Don't know if its just me.
I'm still working on the pack including new mcpatcher features for when optifine for 1.13 drops.
Downloading now the patch, i'll test it into a debug world to see what other things are broken/still deafult. i just remembered now that the nether portal block is still deafult.
So i made a list of most broken blocks i could find, i found out using a debug world, accessible via shift click when selecting the world type.
-all closed fence gate types facing east-west have a broken/missing texture.
-all eye of ender facing textures when in the portal block are broken.
-all lower iron door blocks are still deafult.
-And of course, most coral blocks are deafult.
Oh, also, in my opinion, i think the dark oak planks are way too dark, it looks similar to black wool, so a bit of increase in the brightness will make it look better.
very helpful, thank you. All those issues will be fixed in the next version. For the record the missing gates are "gates-in-wall" models, as long as you don't use the gates with cobblestone walls, it will work fine.

I've already noticed a bug within the textures for connected redstone
Because I find the redstone bug to be a pack-breaking issue I'm going to release a fixed version very soon
I've fixed the spruce sapling, netherbrick quartz ore, the fire, the recipe book, the new status textures and most importantly the redstone wire.
