I just wanted to say thanks for not being able to make the pack for UTD. The publicity that I have received for working with them has pushed downloads for my TP near 1k in about a wee
Also, I appreciate your work a lot. The attention to detail is astounding. Good job.

First, I'd to say I'm a huge fan of your texture packs Misa ^^ When I originally started playing Minecraft, I was almost at the point of quitting simply because I got tired of the default texture pack and was unable to find a decent one (Why keep playing a game that's an eyesore?), until I came across this Topic. I immediately feel in love with the texture pack and have yet to switch. Thanks for all of your hard work and hope to see more from you in the future!
Now, onto my issue (That very well be just the game itself) but I decided to try making the desk you showed on the previous page, however, here's what happens when I don't have a block to the side of the chest:
Notice the "front" of the single chest is on the left. To fix it, all I have to do is simply cover that side with another block like so:
Am I doing something wrong or is this just how the game sets the chests?
Hey, i decided to come back and look at the pack today and i saw your mobs Howd you make them all have different skins O_o Thats soo coool. I think its a mod but i forgot the name =/.
(ps I looked through some pages for this answer and i didn't find any, so i asked)
Read the first post, the announcements, installation instructions. I've made plenty of mention of this mod.

1.7 Crashed my Minecraft, I tried deleting the bin file, didn't work.
It only happens when I use the 1.7 of this pack, but I now can't play minecraft
Open it up > Login > Misas dirt > Blackscreen.
Follow all the installation instructions or head to the Tinychat if that doesn't help.

what can i use to use alt textures?
Any graphics editor that supports transparency. Just cut and paste the bits you want.

Er... What? Do I know you? I can't tell if this is sarcasm or what, generally people don't thank people for not doing work on something... I've no idea what the UTD is. I think you might have me mistaken for someone else.

Just the way Minecraft handles chest placement.. That silly North/South quirk. On an adjacent wall, it'd probably work fine. But yeah, it's not like this is a mod I released or anything, just some altered art to add for some more potential to the games aesthetics. How it's pulled off is up to the user and the game client.

Why minecraft don't include libs for HD texture by default ???
PS
can you include a female char model in the future ?
Anyway, main reason I'm posting isn't to answer questions. After having played the latest update with my pack, I'm thinking I may want to flip the shears around a bit. I wanted to gauge any feedback from this idea. If I like what I come up with, I'll go ahead and use it when I update again soon for Wild Grass (Provided it updates... I hope it does!), so long as there isn't many objections. I know it's not vanilla, but yeah... The shears bug me way more than the shovel.. Just whacking a sheep over the head with them... Pistons I think turned out good though!

I love this pack.
Please help.
Can you provide an HD template character skin that is compatible with SkinEdit?
There is no such thing as far as I'm aware. HD skins that are usable in Minecraft do not exist, and I'm pretty sure Skinedit has a fixed texture resolution. You need to use an actual graphics editor. Even then though I do not have a template made up for such a thing.
He lives! Also swim swim hungry, swim swim hungry and whatnot.
This is not an issue with my texture pack but in the way either Minecraft or MCPatcher scales the crosshair. You can however overcompensate a few pixels to get it to look right on the normal scale. You'll need to edit icons.png in the gui folder in my pack. Graphics editor with transparency is required.
I fixed it by adding a few pixels to the affected "legs". I'll leave this here for other people that has the same issue, :smile.gif:
Just rename it to icons.png and open the Misa##.zip and drop this in the GUI folder in there.
Sorry for placing it in a spoiler but without it, it would make my post seem unusualy big, -.-
I love this texture pack! I just downloaded it yesterday and its already my favortie! But I accidentally updated to 1.7.2 this morning so when r u going to update it to that?
I've finally got time to update. I go in to the new file and replace the changed squares so I don't have to keep updating as many textures from the alternates.
as to your problem, the beds in this update (the lower half, specifically) of Misa's pack are offset by half a block.
you can either go in and make the change yourself (paint.net works and is free) or wait for Misa or someone to post a corrected image/file for copy/download to resolve it.
to a mod: if you feel the need to merge this with my last post, feel free. I had exited internet explorer to finish taking care of the mod and noticed the discrepency and remembered this post. then i came back to reply, resulting in a double post.
I noticed that one of the alternate glowstone textures (the one above the alternate dispenser) has a line along one edge. It's an otherwise beautiful texture that I prefer to use, but the "glitch" is definitely visible in game.

They told me that had contacted you to do create a TP for them and that you were too busy. I was the second choice.
Well anyway. I was not being sarcastic. I do appreciate the attention to detail that you have and the work you have put into the pack. If it will make me seem more honest I will also say that despite that I don't really like it. You are a talented artist but the whole realism thing, in my opinion doesn't really work with minecraft. However, I am the minority so you can ignore my comments :smile.gif:. The pack I am working on for UTD is also a semi-realistic one so I can't be to critical.

Because Notch hates high resolution texture packs. He feels they don't fit the theme of his game. I disagree. Here's a link to some alternate player character skins: //www.mediafire.com/?j38jhk6v38574i9"" target="" data-ensure-absolute>"http://www.mediafire.com/?j38jhk6v38574i9" Just replace the one in my pack with the one you want.

Death Note is great manga, and Misa Amane is a cutie... but yeah, our Misa is 100% more awesome! :cool.gif:

there are alternate textures.
paint.net is free and supports transparency.
just replace the specific texture with the one you want from the alternates.
everything is in the zip.
