A temporary fix for fire, fail high rez pumpkins, and revert to the progress circle. I know, I am not an artist but it is better than my hell being filled with "fire text here" :smile.gif:
feel free to cut/paste the fire If you don't want my other stuff
Well, this sucks. I grab the terrain.png, grab it and drag into minecraft.jar, and it crashes MC every time I try and open it!
Help! I really want this!

You download the mcpatcher, 1.1.7 something like that :biggrin.gif:
Move the mcpatcher into the bin folder.
Make sure you have the desired texture pack inside you're minecraft.jar.
Boot up mcpatcher.
There should be a wide range of options here. Check animations for water, lava and fire. Check water and lava custom if you want to :wink.gif: then patch :wink.gif:
Good to see this is being updated, I absolutely love it. The mossy/regular cobblestone, dirt, sand, wood, the doors especially, they all just look fantastic. Only thing thats out of place to me is the tools lol, its strange having high res textures but extremely blocky tools still. Any chance you'll get around to doing them?

That's not working. It never gives me the option to patch and won't let me access minecraft.jar because its a hidden folder and I can't locate it withing the patcher's file selector.
Seconded, I tried loads of texture packs but this is the best. I was always against high-res textures, even 64x64 felt out of place... unbelievable that a 128x128 is much better than any of them.
After playing a few hours, I only have one small complaint. Gold ore blends in too much with the rest of the stone blocks. I guess you'll work on these anyway, seeing that diamond ore looks nothing like the other blocks. If you do, please change the gold color to a more vivid yellow. Thanks
Chests are fine but if you want to make them brighter, that's even better.
Thanks a lot!
Those ores were actually only temporary till I could make better ones, so I will be changing them eventually!

Everyone has their own preference, good to see you took the initiative to customize it to your liking!
I changed the circle breaking textures because they weren't mine.
Also I haven't done all the textures yet so that's why the pumpkins sucks. I don't even know what the fire texture is for I've never seen it in my game before!
Thanks for all the compliments everyone! I'm supremely glad you like what I've done so far!

Make sure you got the option: See hidden folders thingie checked.
*sigh* I suck at explaining things, that actually are simple :biggrin.gif:

Makes my cozy log cabin look a bit odd...
But my water temple is gorgeous!
hahaha kewl! I guess I never thought of raw trees as a building materiel so I didn't really test their building capacity!
I plan to eventually re texture everything in the game but I want to focus on all the big things first.

You didn't? I ALWAYS use logs when building houses. Too often in fact. I should really try to find another material which I should use more often. And really, based from the looks of you're "Modular house" I'm like.... DAYMN! When I see pictures of you're pack, I'm like.... SWEET HEAVEN O'LORD!
But it is a downside that you haven't done the items. No rush in doing them or doing them at all, but it is like... not fitting in :tongue.gif:
Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Those two files go into the "misc" folder inside the mineraft.jar file.

Use MCpatcher -.-
**facepalm**
How do I use MCPatcher...

+ Props
Now... back to building!
Did you get my PM?
EDIT: Woohoo, 2 other skin packs later my MC is still crashing after the Mojang screen.
