Does anyone else have the problem where sandstone has no top?

I LOVE this texture pack, I keep coming back to it. You know everytime the game patches hardcore and I have to redownload xau and a texture pack I just keep coming to Aza's Arid Pack, Everything looks great, wonderful job. Two thumbs up, all that good stuff. Thanks for making this, I hope the final release of the game goes to 128x128 and it resembles this pack.

I use this and a flying mod, that's it.

Eh I'm pretty sure these new ones are permanent. They don't look to bad at a distance (thanks notch for the lack of mipmapping) and they don't look to fake or patterny close up!

New GUI is win

FInd a texture pack with items you like, and download it. Open up the archive (the .rar, or .zip) and find the file named "items.png" I believe it should be in the folder called "gui" in the archive. Now what you want to do is then drag that file into the archive for Aza's pack.

Then just run the HD patcher as normal.

SIDENOTE: If the pack that has items you like is already 128x128, you can just drag the items.png directly into the minecraft jar.

Changed the wood to not look to petrified everywhere on mine, but other than that, I love everything about this pack!
Can't wait to see what the future brings.

Hey I am making my own texture pack, and I was wondering if I could use yours as a base? Ive already changed most everything, I really just want to use your fire, workbench, furnace, netherrock, cloth, torches, diamond gem, birch, pine, and doors. But anyway really nice pack!

I made a dispenser for this pack using a skull I found in a picture from a Mayan ruin. Though it suited the feel. As I don't have any direct permission, I just thought I'd upload a PSD for whomever would like to add it in themselves. I slightly tweaked the furnace as well, for the sake of fluidity.

Please help!
i was trying many different packs & i thought yours looked cool so i tried it. it ran the first time but lagged a little so i restarted minecraft. but it wouldnt load.
once it showed the mojang specifications it went black and unresponsive.
please help, help, help.
im really lost on what to do & i tried deleting all of the files i installed today, and even reinstalling minecraft.
im really confused on what to do. so please help!

When in doubt, try deleting all info EXCEPT for your "saves" folder, from -

C:\Users\Your Windows User Name\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft

- That means that next time you launch Minecraft it'll load all app-data fresh from the server.

If it still doesn't work, I'd guess your problem is not with Minecraft.

Keep in mind it is not Aza's textures that cause issues it's more likely that its the HD texture patcher. Try running the patcher again on 16x16 without any texture pack selected to restore the game back to it's default textures.

How is the future looking for this texture pack? Are we looking at seeing something that haven't been re-textured yet? Like the items?
