I really like these textures. They're quality textures, and the only things I dislike about them are personal preference, for example I wouldn't have made the clay quite so dark, etc. I hope you continue to work on this.
However, I'm having the same issue Killer2401 seems to be having. There's a very grid-like effect across the water, and it doesn't seem to matter if I have AA on or off.

I don't use AA because i get white boxes around every torch. very annoying, and looks horrible. :tongue.gif:
If it hasn't been fixed already (I haven't had the chance to play for a week or so), are you able to add some colour to grass-blocks in the inventory - at the moment they simply appear as grey blocks and it's difficult to distinguish them from other similar coloured blocks.
Otherwise, things are looking great! I'm loving the wool texture and the new GUI looks pretty sweet.
I really like this texture pack. The wool is amazing. My only complaint is that some of the leaves are grey and it is a huge difference between that and the next lightest.

I heard spades and pickaxes speed up destroying blocks, not sure if it's true though :/

yeah notch'a new biome triangles are totally fubar. i don't know why he changed it.
Hey Aza. Before I go on, this pack is amazing. It is probably the number one pack that's 128x128. Hell, It's probably the best texture pack! I just have one question, are you going to work on custom items? Like 128x128 items?
ok.. so this is gonna sound really stupid
but do i paste/drag the texture pack into the texture pack file in .minecraft first BEFORE i patch my game
or do i patch my game first THEN drag/paste the texture pack file into .minecraft?
okay, be sure you use Xau's HD texture fix. all you have to do is run the patcher in the HD texture fix with the desired texture pack selected and, there you go! you dont have to move the pack at all.
i did what u said...but all my game does is crash...crash...crash..
it also crashes if i use 64x64
the only time it doesnt crash is when i use 16x16
Instructions:
1.) Download the latest HD texture fix (found in the first post of this topic.) - Make sure you select the one corresponding to your Operating System (Windows, Max, Linux).
2.) Download Aza's Texture Pack (found in the first post of this topic.). Don't unpack it, just leave the file as is.
3.) Run the HD Texture Fix. The default original and output version values should be fine.
4.) Click the browse button on the "Texture Pack" line, and select Aza's Texture Pack. The checkbox should become checked.
5.) Select 128x128 for "Tile Size."
6.) Click the "Patch" button. Another window will open up. Wait until it says "Success.....probably". Close the newly opened window and the HD Texture Fix window.
7.) Run minecraft. It should be working now.
Those instructions should make it work. If it still doesn't, I would ask Xau about it in his HD Texture Fix topic.
I've been using this for about a month now, and all the other texture packs that I have been using for this long, I have grown tired of. But this texture pack, idunno what's so special about it, but it is pure awesomeness. Probably will keep using this texture pack until (NUUUUUUUUU) you discontinue it (which I hopez will never happen).
So yeah..

I can't believe the switch from standard Minecraft to this with better grass, better lighting.
Looking forward to the Item Icons...
Keep up the good work mate!
