I was just getting ready to reply to you about this.
I found something enteresting with my system about AA & AF in Minecraft. It simply will not work and kick on. But I assumed you would provide screen shots and prove me wrong, so I did something else to help FORCE it on.
Minecraft.exe isn't really the application that runs, it's a starter app for the game then offloaded into Java (per-say) After that it then shots off and the application actually running is javaw.exe (32bit Java). So I went and told that application to "override application . . ." and it kicked on the AA & AF.
That doesn't make sense to me. Are you overriding Minecraft.exe or the javaw.exe ?

i went in my nvidia control panel and enabled 32x AA and it says override application, so it does it for any game on my system.

Ya for some reason I wasn't so lucky and had to do it to the javaw.exe file :/
However I am running Windows XP 65bit and this could be why (I dual boot with Win765bit, but Nvidia doesn't know how to remove game stutters for people running dual monitors and Vsync in their drivers ---- which is why I run my games in WinXP64bit)
I don't know how I feel about the sandstone. In any other pack it would look just fine, but it doesn't stand out much from the white stone. Perhaps a red sandstone like this?
I personally prefer it like this. It'll look great in the lower class section of the Roman-inspired city I'm going to get started on the server I play on once we go public. I also much prefer the larger bricks.

Oh don't get me wrong I think the shading styles and the size are perfect, just perhaps something to cause it to stand out on a building made of multiple materials.

I guess that's a difference in our building styles, then. I like for everything to blend smoothly.
Great texture pack
I like the whole lighter feel to it
And i personally like how the cloth is now gives it more of a textured feel to it
Also the Dispenser seems to be wrong or you haven't gotten to it yet.
AA does work, my game doesn't have jaggies anymore.
Screen shot it and I'll show you the jagged edges
Changed Sandstone
Temporary? Lazuli
AA off.
AA 32x on.

Your texture pack is so wonderful. Love the sandstone. Would like to see a picture of Lapis, but I guess I'll go find some.

Something needs to be done to make it stand out a bit IMO.

Just my opinion. Sorry

About antialiasing...my Nvidia control pannel only goes up to 16xq (whatever that is) and I get an almost grid-like effect when I try to use 16x.
