I need some help wth this, ive tried installing it and then using the patcher, but when i run minecraft it freezes up and quits responding. I end up deleting my minecraft /bin to try again but after the 5th try i gave up. can anyone help?

Even running minecraft through the patcher still fails, and for some reason the patcher creats another minecraft.jar called Minecraft Original.jar, assume i sh
Snow caps turned to sand caps might be cool though. It'd look like there was a sandstorm and things were covered up! Maybe when Notch fixes snowfall this would be a nice feature
I just have a few critiques:
1. I hate the minerals blocks no offense. It looks like someone took a paint brush and splattered all over a stone block.
2. Would be amazing to have a custom UI and tool set.
3. Glass. Glass it's supposed to be see through but the wood decals make it a little annoying. (My personal taste).
4. Lightstone, Hellstone, and Mud. Mud is the original block. Lightstone is a red block with dots on it. Hellstone is also a redblock with dots on it. Fix hell world.
Other than that, it's amazing. ATM, I have combined Bumpmaft with Aza's Arid to make it look awesome.
You might want to update the first post with that new update.

EDIT: Flat water looks great but waterfalls looks kinda crappy with weird lighting and other anomalies...
I was thinking of making moving water more opaque but anywhere the 2 connect it ends up looking bad.
Need to experiment a bit more tomorrow! Going to be now!.
Those water errors your talking about are because your playing in Fast mode With Fancy you get better transparencys on water. especially when against ice or glass.

Run the Biome mod and use the settings above ( viewtopic.php?f=25&t=64678&start=420#p1331510 ) and you'll have no snow.

When using the patcher to add the pack into the game? I turned of custom Lava and anitmated lava and all that. Always get that same error.
