You should probably take a look through some of the earlier posts. Frenden already said that this was his friend and that his pack was used as a base. And I probably wouldn't worry about the name, seeing as how the last update was from Jan. 15.

I've wanted to start playing minecraft again so I'll probably set aside some time to update the skin after the dust has settled. Wish me luck!
