No...really it will be out just as quick as I can check things over (also will have to wait on MC Patcher, but usually that's the same day). I'm busy with the family during the day tomorrow (which is actually 1st Aug now here in the UK), so probably won't get the chance to tackle it 'till the evening.
By the time I get round to trying to update on the MC servers, I'll probably be locked out in the rush to update.
Well thats both good and bad news i guess. I wish you the best of luck with the pack and with your real life. I hope you can relax a while once the pack is out, you definitely deserve it

Thanks kindly, Jester. I'm looking forward to the rest of summer and catching up with other stuff. I'll still be tinkering with other textures and alts, because I haven't really put together many for this next update.
As ever I am stupiefied by your amazing work in this texpack it has been and will remain my default texture pack to use! The only time I change packs now is if I have downloaded a specific map that calls for a different pack for adventuring purposes. 9/10 times i then replay the map with your tex pack anyhow. Imo if mojang doesn't try and hire you he's lost his diamonds! (In regard to the amazing animated animations in this pack!) To you sir.
P.S. I realise you have been terribly busy and had some life problems to deal with so I for one THANK YOU for continuing to enhance my MC time.

I cant believe this, someone posted a review of your pack TODAY of v5 D:
I notified them of the update but you can see there review here:
Anyway, I am still watching but they seem to be doing a review where they concentrate on things they would like changed in order to have a better steampunk style and better pack overall. Unfortunately, I think their understanding of both the intention of your pack and steampunk overall is skewed (mostly wanting a clock punk version) but I guess it gives good insight to what people think about the pack, just v5 of the pack.

Darn beaten by just a moment Yes, they did seem to have it slightly wrong, but I will say there were some things that I agreed on them with. The clay is odd. I definitely disagreed on the soul sand, however. So yeah, Glimmar, at the end they say they might try to get in contact with you for an interview. Why don't you get in contact with them? They also aren't common users of packs less than 64 so that is a downside to them giving the reviews, but its better than nothing. They go really in depth. I just wish they had waited a bit to do v6. But yes, if you get a chance, I would really suggest watching their review. The depth should be obvious by the fact that it is almost an hour and a half. They really took there time.

While the interview would be interesting, I found the whole review rather insulting. First they barely seem to understand why Glimmar's pack is the way it is. Glimmar has a huge post in the op of why certain things are the way they are and his intention for the pack but they obviously took no time to look at it. Also, the way the review is incredibly insulting to the maker of the packs. Making a pack is hard work anyway you do it, and they put up hour long videos talking about how terrible certain things look and how the artist should work harder to meet their standards.
If your going to review your pack, do your research for pete's sake instead of insulting the author time and time again over stuff that you dont even know about.
Maybe its just me hating all the wrong and lack of information they are working from but I really disliked the review, and I usually respect different opinions!
Honestly Glimmar, I would like you to do that interview just to inform them about the true intention of your pack.

Yes they were insulting, but they also have opinions >.> It is called "no bs" for a reason. They see things from their point of view, just as glimmar sees them from his. If they didn't read it, well, ok, that sucks. The pumpkin definitely would have benefited from them reading, as other things, but that does not change the point that Krawll is a survivalist, and I think Jag isn't exactly a dark-toned steampunk builder like Glimmar and probably a lot of the pack users are. You have to admit, a lot of these things are odd in a purely survival world (although the current iron block makes an epic anvil with the mcmmo plugin.) There most common "insult" is "look at the work put into this block, compared to... THAT" and that s always talking about a new block versus an old block. Something always happens with flash animators: the more they animate, the better their animations are. Honestly, that applies to pretty much everything, including texture packs. What they were saying is just a rude way of saying "his skill has increased greatly since this texture pack first started." That's how I choose to take it. Then again, that's my opinion, just as this review is their opinions.

I can respect opinions, such as "I like this over that because blah". However, the way the go about their review is to insult and make fun of certain things the author has done without understanding "why". I dont want to force them to like this pack over any other, it just seems wrong to make an hour and a half video of making fun of someones hard work with some praise thrown in.
Also, as a person who simply edits premade textures, I still put in hours of work on certain things to make them look right, and I would find it greatly insulting if somebody made a review like that of my work, and Im sure we can both agree that Glimmar has put in ALOT of time into his pack, definetly within 100's of hours.
Thats very odd. I just went to my world and tested and my brewing GUI works fine. You do mean the Brewing Stand GUI correct? Not something from BTW like the cauldron or crucible?
If you cant get it to work please post what mods you have installed (if any others than BTW) and what order they were installed as well. And are you using Optifine or MCPatcher?
Huh, oddly enough, the problem has resolved itself. I don't know what caused it, nor do I know why it is now fixed. But I can say is I've been having power outages whilest playing the game. Thanks for the effort tho.
On a side note:
while I have great respect for your work glimmar, a few of the texture changes don't sit quite right with me. Personally I prefered the old bookshelf texture you had as it allowed for a darker feel when building libraries and such. Another was the old nether brick texture, I loved how it went so well with the wood tones you had. The current textures you now have are good, so I count these as merely minor annoyances I can live with. However, I do not like your lapis block texture. I really don't like the brown lines checkering the block and am baffled at how I can use it as a decorative block.
I have tried the program/gizmo you linked to in your alternate spoiler, but I completely fail at techy stuff like that(managed to ruin my download and had to redownload the TP)
I don't mean to be so negative because I really do love your TP, I just wanted to get this off my chest for a while now. Sorry.

How odd. Well Im glad that your problem got resolved anyway. I think I had a similar problem reported a while back on my BTW forum but the person never replied back to me and no one else confirmed the issue.
Watching above review right now, and it seems like they do have some faulty premises (it's 100% complete, it's supposed to be clockwork style steampunk, etc), and it appears that they are using Optifine instead of MCPatcher. Granted, considering how little the seem to like the green tinge, they probably wouldn't like the MCPatcher light map… unless it actually was the light map making everything greener than usual (since the entire map was lit by Glowstone) and it just wasn't obvious because the brightness was turned up.

Optifine supports custom colors and I will go comment on the youtube page right now about everything being tinted green because of the custom colors.

Thats good. I hope they redo the review, especially considering v6 is coming out shortly.
The quote button was glitching on me so I went and just copied him... it failed. Badly. Onto other topics, my friend managed to get whitelisted to Krawll's server, so I will try to get him to convince kra... know what I won't >.> He'd only succeed in preventing krawll from doing it again.
IN OTHER TOPICS! I seriously hope that v6 is as awesome as it looks (can't see how it won't be!) I just got my computer back yesterday, and am uber excited to see what happened while I was gone!
