Oh! One more question. ;x; *sorry to bug everyone*
Does the wolf show up in Peaceful mode? Or just in Easy/Normal/Hard?
They show up in all difficulties, even peaceful. This makes them the only mob that will attack you in peaceful, but they only attack you if you attack them.

I tried editing the texture file to my liking , but this happened:
Is there a reason for this? Has this happened before to anyone>
What did you use to edit it? That typically happens when you try to use Microsoft Paint or other programs that don't allow transparencies. Try using Photoshop, GIMP, or Paint.net, and it should work just fine.
Using your pack since alpha and still have no intention of changing it - best ever!
Thanks, mate! :smile.gif:
Now that's my kind of architecture!

Now heres my tavern, oh if you notice Glimm its now raining on the server I'm frequently on
...and that's my kind of tavern too! :biggrin.gif:
New Update Soon!
The pic of the Notch neon blue rain has given me a lead into giving you notice I've finished up a number of changes to the pack including:
New slightly higher res color coordinated rain to fit my water and better scale with the new splash particles.
All new splash particles.
Edited the smoke particles.
Edited flame particles for gas lamp, lava and furnace. As a result the torch is more 'lamp-like', furnace more 'chymical' and lava jumping flame more 'phosphorus' like.
Edited the booster tracks, adding pistons that move the spinning cogs back and forth against the track and other things, including a rogue black pixel that found it's way onto the top of the track. With the 'piston track' there is a greater sense of movement when the booster is powered and unpowered.
Tweaked the 'detector' track to fit new redstone pipes.
Edited the 'time machine' bed further to make it more symetrical for use as an object other than just a time machine bed and fixed missing rivets.
Re-introduced redstone steam pipes, but with more glowing parts to better indicated strength of redstone power. (thank you Notch for obviously listening to everyone bemoaning the loss of the old redstone wire). I'm sure there's more that can be done with the redstone wiring, so I will keep pondering the possibilities.
Fixed rogue pixels along bottom edge of snowy dirt block.
Tweaked snow block to remove a dark line of pixels that had always been there!
Tweaked the cracking animation to add slightly more depth.
Still can't decide what to do about the mushrooms. I just couldn't get used to the changes after a while! :sad.gif:
There's probably other things I've forgotten to include above, but there's nothing headliningly astounding. However, the changes should make things a little more satisfactory than you've had to put up with for the past two weeks.
I'll upload an update as soon as I can, but I just want to check things out in my world for a little longer.

Looking forward to the new pack by the way. The amount of detail put into this is staggering! Good work!
Thank you MurderousMuffin. :smile.gif: Glad the editing worked for you and very nice building work there.
Thanks a bunch :smile.gif:
I'm currently working on a small steampunk project, possibly a small goldsmith or forge, and customized the pack for this end. Might post pictures when it's finished.
Look forward to seeing it, mate. :smile.gif:

In the current Minecraft Worth1000 contest, I have a couple of entries. The contest in question is Minecraft movies, and the entries are the Nautilus and the Tiger Moth airship, both of which I've displayed here in the past. Feel free to swing by and vote.
Hey Glimmar, was looking at your "To Do" list of creations, and saw Cathedral. Reminded me I had made a "semi-Modernesque" Cathedral in Minecraft. Granted, it's no Masterpiece, but man, I had to destroy an entire island next to me to be able to craft this monstrosity during the Easter Week.

Can't wait to see the pipes back. The update sounds pretty cool all around.
Thanks mate. I'd kind of grown to like the wired version and I may still do an upgraded wire version as an alt. :smile.gif:

captainlepper, that certainly looks like a masterpiece to me. Doesn't have to be epic to be a classic design!

i was going through the alternate textures when i saw these but was wondering can anyone please make a black , grey , light grey, and white so i can complet the set.
If nobody else does one for you, mate, I'll get round to it eventually! :smile.gif:
New snowflake graphics will have to come in another update, sorry. I've wasted more than a day going from world to world looking for snow and then waiting for the snow to fall! I know plenty of people have edited the snowflakes, but I have to see it and experience it for myself to form an opinion on what I want to do. :sad.gif:

Awesome. No other words can describe it. for you. And one other thing, I love the pictures you have on here too, I showed my friends, and they now have minecraft and this TP. Keep up the good work!
Sheep this pack is just beautiful... It really is. Perhaps the BEST 16p Pack I've ever used. As a Matter of fact, on the SMP Server I go on it is now the Official Texture Pack of my UnderGround City I'm working on. I might have to show you some pics! XD
Anyways, great stuff. The 16p Equivelant of Glimmar's Steampunk.
This is what one person said on Sheep pack last night! :biggrin.gif: Made me swell with pride! (mostly the last line hehehe)
@Gestank, That's a great looking castle! It's small, but it sure has a lot of character! I'm sort of ashamed to admit it, but I've NEVER built a castle in minecraft! Never!
Oh well, that's going to change!
Also, whatever happened to Glimmar's Steampunk 16p? (just out of curiousity) :tongue.gif:
