Thanks for your ideas Tryst, I'd actually love to use your trunk top piece if you don't mind. I actually just finished the water though. I actually decided to use the waterfall texture from AC instead of the coastline water, just because it seems like it would make more sense in actual waterfalls in game. Thanks though!

It makes a lot of sense to use the waterfall texture and it's looking good. Can't wait to see it in game especially with the patcher! (I hate the slow moving water, it's even worse for me since I have my textures at 256x256 to accommodate a custom painting set... so water moves at a crawl for me.)
I like my chests to be chests, so I'm probably going to create an alternate for my own use, but I love the modern furniture set tiles you made! They turned out very good looking.
I really want to try this pack however whenever i put terrain into my minecraft.jar, my minecraft doesn't even load . it gets stuck on mojang specifications .

no but isn't that hi res patcher only to fix the lava / water animations and the glitches on some ores ?
nvm . it works . but it's really confusing ! xD looks really nice though . i've a question though . is this normal ? after breaking some sand and teh water starts flowing in, it turns totally changes.
That is normal STYJ, when water moves it changes to a flowing texture. That's what you're seeing, the flowing water texture. When the water stablizes and stops moving, it will go back to the normal water texture.
Also, screenshots alone won't do the water justice doctorwhocares, so I'll upload a vid to youtube.

Yup, you guys saw it haha. What I've started working on for the pack is modifying the paintings file to add trim and such. So basically, those are paintings around my door that look like the trim from Animal Crossing. Really adds a nice touch right?

I just want to thank the OP for making this texture pack. It is truly an awesome pack. I was using a mixture of 32x32 texture packs. Stuff that i had put together that i liked from individual packs. It looked good too, i was happy with it. Then i installed this texture pack and all i can say is wow! The difference is like night and day. Everything looks so much better. Not just a little better, but a lot better. I actually moved a couple textures around in the terrain.png and the result was very nice. Now building in minecraft is just so much better. I play on a map i have been building on for about two months and i thought i wasn't interested in building anymore on that particular map. Now with this texture pack i can't wait to finish up the new eagles nest that i started. After that i have even more plans for the map. I registered just to thank you for creating the pack. I am very happy with it. I've tried just about every texture pack out there and this one blew me away. Seriously, it is awesome. I registered just to thank the creator and let him know how much i am enjoying his hard work. My game looks simply amazing, thanks so much! I can't wait to see what else you come up with. Hey guys, needed to take a break from the terrain for a second, so I whipped up a new splash, title screen, and sun and moon replacements. I'm trying to replace the ingame font with the font from animal crossing, but as you can see in the screenshot, it does not work out so well. For some reason the letter spacing goes nuts when I raise the resolution on the file the font is stored in. Probably something along the lines of the fire on the brick and gold blocks prior to the patching. Anyway, what do you guys think?

Wish I could figure out how to make the background not be so dark. Ugly fonts. :sad.gif:
The moon is from AC, I could not find an image of the sun from the game, so I just made one.

You'll need to get the hi-res patcher as this pack is more than 32x32 per tile.

You should also add that link and a description of what it is/how to install to first post.
Place the .png in your minecraft.jar archive, THEN use the patcher.
