Hey man, great update, I really love this texture.
Sadly though,I can't see the bones the skeletons drop, nor the colors for wool, or ink sacks.
Though I bet you're already working on that :>
Edit: To clarify, the colored wools show, but the ingredient you need to put in with the wool doesn't.
You could edit the items.png file in the gui folder inside minecraft.jar. Either add the missing items from the default items.png into the Animal Crafting one. Or just use the default items.png. It is pretty easy to copy and paste them into the Animal Crafting one.

You will need to use Xau's HD texture fix to be able to use Animal Crafting. Xau hasn't updated his Mcpatcher yet though. I was reading his thread and it seems the old patcher is working with beta 1.2_01 but there are some slight problems being experienced with the textures. You can try out the old patcher and see if it works for you. Or you can wait until he updates it. He should have it updated soon.
I must sssSSSsssay, this is one of my favorite packs that I've seen. Excellent work. I might play around with it to replace my panterly pack.

You can switch out the textures you want to change with another texture you like by editing the terrain.png file.

This pack is unspeakably adorable. In fact, it's almost unsettling how many hours I sat there admiring this cute, yet stunning texture pack. It feels just like the Animal Crossing world, from the triangle grass, to the lamp torches. It's absolutely fantastic work. And it's fascinating how well the theme fits into the blocky Minecraft aesthetic.
But you can't tell anyone how much I dig this mod! 'Cause, you know...I'm tough. And of course, it's a big secret that only the really tough folks dig Animal Crossing. So we gotta spread the word. You know. On the down-low.
I read the totality of the topic and I didn't fine anything about the compatibility of the Animal Crafting pack with minecraft beta 1.2_1.
Somebody know something ? A link ? A date ?

Animal Crafting is compatible with beta 1.2_01. The terrain.png has been updated to use the new blocks. You can use it with no problems. Cheers.
I can't agree, i just tried it, and it was missing blocks. The dyes and such did not show up in my game, so yeah. This needs updated T_T
Your right. The terrain.png file has been updated for beta 1.2 but the item sheet has not. What i did was just copy and paste the new items into the Animal Crafing item sheet.
I used the mcpatcher1.1.11 to install this, it patched just fine I guess, but when I pushed "test minecraft", I got past the logo of the company, and the minecraft window went white. the error in the log says

The game is trying to render textures at a different resolution than it was patched for. Either delete options.txt or switch back to the default texture pack before patching.

Your welcome. Yeah, it's probably because Xau's patcher hasn't been updated. Did you get your minecraft working again?
I'm assuming that's a band whose name has something to do with absorbency.

Is there a way to have the old gray gravel?

Well, I could edit this terrain.png, the problem was trying to replace the existing one, it just wouldn't let me.
this happens when you are trying to edit the file while its still inside a zipped folder.
take the terrain image out of the zipped folder, edit it to your liking, then stick it back in there.
