Could somebody post a download link for the alternate dirt/grass texture. (The old one) I cannot due to my winrar being extremely stupid. Anyways love the texture pack!
Man, your paintings look amazing but I think, instead of having angled edges, you should make the frames full squares. I put one of the WIP paintings in my Minecraft game and the game engine rendered a complete border either way and it looked really weird. It's one of those things that look awesome on paper but weird in-game, unfortunately.
I also suggest changing the wooden planks texture to something more golden because the sides don't match the rest of the frame.
Awesome job so far! I can't wait to see the rest of the paintings.

I don't know if this is a glitch or not but unpowered redstone looks as if its powered.
It's really confusing differentiating on/off states as the only difference is that on states emit smoke.
This is bug , but in game not in Texture pack[/quote]
Redstone works perfectly fine on the default texture pack for me so I thought it was just Frenden's Texture Pack. To be fair I havn't checked any other updated texture packs.
I'm in the middle of revamping my redstone, but I am genuinely unaware what needs to be changed or how. I've looked at other texture packs and everyone seems to be tackling it differently leaving me a bit flummoxed. The above description just isn't making sense to me.

Ah, you see that copy you made of the redstone, but with color, under the grayed out redstone? That is an overlay for it, so that means that it won't be black when not powered, but it will look the way you want to. If you remove that overlay, the redstone will be blacked out when not powered, and not blacked out when powered. Using the overlay, you can come up with some interesting designs.

its in the terrain png, just move stuff around
for sidegrass, use this
Yeah, they do but the game still renders the sides and back of the frame so long as you have the plank texture.
Agh, thank you. It makes sense now!
Grzen, thanks for the screens, looking now.
