just delete everything to do with minecraft, also go to appdata and delete all of that, then reinstall it, itd take 15 minutes at the most
Already tried that and I also looked up specifically what it said that was corrupted and followed like 3 different things telling me what to do to fix it and none of them worked. :sad.gif:
Uninstall all programs you installed and install them all over again to get the standard settings if you changed anything. Then do the same with minecraft and dl a new version from MCpatcher:) see if that works.
Edit: Saw u only had 1 prob, u can't change to another texture pack. Test dl a new version of MCpatcher, and also so u get the right version of the game and mods. This texture pack is only for 1.7.3 not the latest patch yet. So u can't use this texture pack on the latest update unless u downgrade Minecraft.
No what I mean't was any texture pack I use that has been updated to 1.8.1 is working for me except for water and lava animations
Double check if you have 'custom water/lava' enabled in MCpatcher.
Just open up MCpatcher and click 'options', both custom lava and water animations should be there, just enable them.
Again, MCPatcher isn't working. It says something about not finding path and the window says Launch4j when I try to open MCPatcher up.
Launch4j? It sounds like your new Java installation is the problem. You have the correct version? You could try to deinstall it, delete the Java folder (C:\Program Files\Java i think?), restart and install the newest/correct Java version.
I know I have the newest version but I will try uninstalling it,restart my computer,then install again. I will edit this post as soon as I finish and find out if it worked.
Tried waht you said to do and it didn't work...Gonna try scanning my registry to find issues and fix them see if that helps

hey i know youve been getting bugged but you should let youtubers (xProKx) use your pack. they get you alot of downloads. maybe the deal should be they need to link to this page instead of their own download. not cool man

He does let youtubers use it. xProkx modified the pack though and distributed it to his subscribers saying it was his. That was why Frenden got mad. If xProkx didn't make those changes and just left a link to this page here, he would have been fine with it.

Secondly, xPorKx was saying he MADE the pack, which he did not. xPorKx is allowed to use the pack in his videos and edit the pack how he wants, but he is not allowed to redistribute Frenden's pack or any edits he makes. xPorKx needs to put a link to this thread if he wants to allow other people to download Frenden's pack.

I don't have a computer at home at the moment, just the one at my art studio, so progress has been slow. Terrain is 1.9 ready. GUI is 1.9 ready. Particles are 1.9 ready. Just working on MOBs. A couple of days, I think!

It was a problem with the registry. I went into RegEdit and deleted Javasoft. Then I reinstalled Java and POOF! It was fixed.
I use the one made by that guy. It reminds me of paper mario, but it's too plain. I miss yours Frenden.
