I don't know why, but the water is still showing up as the default tecture pack water but everything else is working. I double checked that the water pixels are in the files, and they're there plain as ever. Am I doing something wrong?

You must use an HD Texture patcher to have custom water and lava show up in your game.
Hello, Mr. Frenden. I registered to tell you how much I love your pack. I don't think I can go back to vanilla Minecraft now! I enjoy the other art you've posted in this thread, as well.
I'm sorry to hear about jerks ripping you off, too. Please don't let it discourage you!

I was under the impression that is only necessary for texture packs of a resolution of 32x or higher? This texture pack is 16x. It seems to work without a mod for my friend...
Dear Frenden,
I am completely and utterly picky with textures, fonts, anything at all in any game that is aesthetic. You make me LOVE minecraft. Sure, before I liked it a lot, I used Piehole before and it gave me the lack of grain that I wanted out of the normal textures, and its a fine pack as well, but your texture pack is PERFECT. IN. EVERY. WAY. The only texture I'm not 100% keen on is the glowstone, because it too closely resembles sponge, and imo isnt the best for lanterns, but you have satisfied so greatly this illustrator's heart, and that is what matters.
Thank you so much for all the extra enjoyment you bring me in my minecrafting experience. The only hard part now is going back and making sure everything looks okay in default ;D
Howdy! Saw your pack in a video and thought it was really nifty! But I'm having problems installing it! After I put the folder in my minecraft TP folder and run MC, it isn't in the texture pack area. I run a Mac OS X if that helps. Thanks for any assistance!

As a fellow Mac user:
Open the folder, select everything in it, and right click. Under "Get Info" should be the option "Compress __ Items". Select that, and it'll make a zip. Rename that zip to whatever you want the pack to be named, then put THAT zip into the TP folder. Viola.

Hello? Eat my tarts? In this cosmic dance of bursting decadence, withheld permissions twist all our arms collectively. But if sweetness can win- and it can- then I'll still be here tomorrow to high five you yesterday my friend. Peace.
The file you download "cartoon02.zip" is an archived (or compressed) group of files. You do not need to open this file to use it as a texture pack. Place the .zip file in the texturepacks folder inside your minecraft installation (Default location: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\texturepacks )
If you are trying to open it, you will need an archival application like 7Zip or Winrar. Both utilities are native Windows applications.
If you are still stumped, watch some Youtube videos on installing and using minecraft texture packs.
