What do you mean recolors of your work?!?! THE ARMOR AND MOBS ARE DEFAULT and he redid the items, and turned others back to default. are you blind? Name me from this pack all of the things in the items.png and terrain.png as well as the mobs that are EXACT COPIES of your current pack.
If you'd like to now what I mean when I mention a recolored texture, I'm talking about a palette shift. This is currently in Xaivern's pack.

I am really sorry about THOSE textures. Those were fan-made works made by SnowyOmen who made custom textures to add Xaiwaker compatibility to the More Ores mod. I will gladly ask Xai to take them out. Listen, im sorry for getting so angry, its just i know Xai put a lot of work into changing everything away from yours, and you arent even giving it a chance. Look, he changed every offending terrain file, every offending mob, every offending item. he even had enough balls to change some things back to default, just so he can get his pack back out as fast as he can. Listen, id really like to have a sane conversation, where you can express what you think he needs to change to set his apart, things like leftover files such as items 2 and 3, arent meant to be in there as replacements for the normal, or alternates.
I'm done talking about this. I shouldn't have to spend my free time policing his pack for my lingering works.

There are 25 examples shown so far in this thread. I have about 25 more (and that's with grouping the items PNG as one item and without even looking at the terrain).
Wow Frenden, i didnt think you would stoop just so low... Using old textures you gave him permission to use and slightly alter to show that he is copying? Thats low... Take a look at This Guess what, everything is changed! He even took away all other textures and used defaults to fill the gaps. I dont think you understand, These packs are different!

I think that Frenden acted within his rights because when Frenden started updating his pack with new, more detailed textures, Xai copied those new textures into his pack and then starting saying it was a fresh new look for the Xaiwaker pack when it was really just Frendens pack again with edits... If Xai just kept the old textures or even started editing them himself to further differentiate his pack from Frendens then it would be a lot more understandable to be upset.
Well Frenden. Thank you for letting me use your textures to begin with as an inspiration. Not cool that you backfire on me now but once again, **** happens. I understand that you get donations for your pack and require those to keep going. I use peoples praise as payment enough. I'm sorry if I ever pulled from your money making empire here. Once again all I ever wanted to do was show people what I use to play Minecraft with. I'm glad to be distancing myself from you after all this though.
My pig never had black dots. "Your" pig is simply my pig with black dots added. I am beginning to think you do not understand what an original work is.
I think I've made ~$500 total for hundreds of hours of work between this pack and my other. Hardly raking in the dough. Nice condescension, though.

On that large line of images he posted, he went back to older versions, and compared those to xaiwaker, back to versions where xai had permission to base his pack off of frendens. If you look, many of those textures are not from his newest version. And also in xais NEWEST version there is absolutely none of frendens things.
on that logic its like saying mountain dew should not be allowed to exist because it is an edit of original soda, or no cars should exist except for the model T. It's ridiculous that you would claim that. Its a bunch of damn pixels. wooow.

It's a lot more than a bunch of pixels, anyone who has made a pack from scratch and put a lot of effort into it would know that. It's many, many hours of work (probably numbering in the hundreds)

How you can defend the top image as anything but a derivative work is beyond me. There are many more examples in this new, so-called revised pack.
