@TheLink: I'm going to use your modification due to the grass i prefer it that way and the pink/blue wool blocks are lighter in colour.
However when the Official Quandary Texture is released i hope ExtraNoise you add change the grass and the wool blocks. Also if you can contact MrMMods to see when the update for Better Light will be coming out that would be much appreciated.

There's only one new block (That requires a new texture). It shouldn't take too long.
There's the redstone repeater, and another secret block. Maybe two or more? And I'm not sure if the new steps and stairs and things will need a new texture.
So more than one.

Using ExtraNoise's 3.2, not TheLink's. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. The texture packs I have are this, Painterly and the Texture Rotator of Quandary 3.1.

I assume your on a mac, so biome compliancy does not apply to you. Therefore, you see gray grass.
On the bright side, you, as a mac user, can enjoy v3.1's seasons. But be sure to apply the new Beta 1.2 content.
Or... you can download the mac version of "Quandary Reborn." (which is not too different from the original Quandary)
Mileavis - looks like you might have previously overriden the default grass/biome colour file. I can't remember what it's called off the top of my head might now but some older versions of the Quandary were designed to disable biomes to allow the use of the seasonal veriations. Easiest fix would be to delete your entire minecraft.bin and then get a fresh copy to download. Then re-apply the texture pack. Alternatively, track down a default version of the grass.png (or whatever it's called) that has the spectrum of colours that will tint the grass.
OK, seriously. When is the update coming? By the time it comes out, another update for Beta will be released and we'll have to wait another 2-4 months for the texture pack. =/

The only changes I made were to environment\rain.png (made it white to light grey instead of the old garish blue, made squids red with beaks and eyes on their sides that didn't make me lol every time I saw their "HURR DURR" expression, and fracture cracks that are slightly bolder than Quandary's original (see updated terrain above). I used TheLink's lapis lazuli ore by the way.
And yeah it works. Except for the cherry blossoms, and everything's more vibrant than it should be for February. But I can't do anything about it lol.
