I need some help...I just set up my painterly pack and yogbox. The adamantine sword and verdite pickaxe show up as water blocks in game. the sulphur and niter crystals show up as lava blocks...
From what I saw a few minutes ago, Painterly is updated except for the new chest model textures. I just assembled 3 packs in about 10 minutes with options for most of the new 1.8 content. Have fun with the options! :wink.gif:
It works, but sadly the preview for the starry and 173 enderman is broken, as is the selection of steak graphics. If you choose a classic style steak, you will still get a meat haunch on a bone.
Otherwise three thumbs up, as the zombie said! ;-)

i was wondering is it possible to do a custom biome/light color Maker like if i wanted really outrageous colors for my frees and grass
mostly i want the halloween red moonlight but blue torchlight
like it gives you options for tree and grass split up for all biomes and your given a selection of colors for each one
The steak item and pig textures don't respond to what you choose in the customizer.
Yeah, I noticed I didn't get my selections on those. I think the experience orbs might be borked too. Thankfully, minor issues -- still a wonderful pack. :biggrin.gif:
Hey, I really like this texture pack. It improves the looks of many things while still capturing the original Minecraft feel.
However, I got an issue: When I used the customizer, I chose to use light wood chest textures, but they don't work. Although I see the textures on the Terrain.png, in the item folder where the chest.png and the large chest.png are at, I see the simple dark wood chests.
Don't get me wrong. They look great. Much better than the vanilla chests the game has, but I was wondering; why is that, and is there a way to fix it?
Jeez! I saw what you posted on the website... internal injury AND losing your home? Kaz, do yourself a favor, ignore the beggars, and take a break. 1.9 can wait.
One of the best texture packs on here. Though I kinda wish there was more stone and dirt texture options. Dark and Light stones aren't bad and the dirt options available now are nice, but I kinda would like something closer to the original dirt and stone textures.
I really like this texture pack too. However, I'm having a hard time trying to choose dark stone or light stone. I don't like anything too dark nor do I like anything to light.
Dang, I made 3 posts on the same page and didn't even know it.
question... is there a way , like some sort of pack to get all the textures in one single file
so that one can simply, change the textures on there own whit photoshop?
it would be a giant hastle to download a pack over and over

How can I fix this?
It's the 16th, and there's no update to be seen...

Woot! At least I can finally enjoy Painterly.
I'll see how it works in-game.

Cow -> Buffalo
Chicken -> Duck
Sheep -> Ram
Pig -> Boar
And texture pack support for "Fancycraft" (the furniture mod) would also be great!
