Found a better description. He said it would be a diode/repeater.
You should redo the Solid Ore Blocks for a few reasons:
- Gold doesn't normally, or even abnormally appear as a block of golden-green ugly bricks. I know gold isn't that common, but it should still look nice. You can't even use them in a building... which is disappointing. We need SHINY!
- Iron should have a smoother texture, but at least it's still SHINY!
- Diamond should be a collection of facets. As it is now, it looks like one HUGE diamond embedded in... something else that looks a bit like Diamond. It'd be better if you have a latticework of diamonds throughout the block in my opinion...
run("SpawnCreeperSwarm.bat");
threat("These may or may not kill you... The choice is yours.");
alert("Lol jks.");
Random question but when you make the 16x16 versions do you just resize them from 32x32 or do you actually make them at 16x16?
I created the 16x16 one by doing a few different things. Originally I took all of the best 16x16 textures I could find and put them into the same terrain file. Then after I created the 32x32 pack, I took the best of those and resized them two different ways, best quality and nearest neighbor, depending on which fit that block the best. Then for a few of them I created my own 16x16 textures from scratch, which is what I mostly do now.
Basically, to answer your question, I didn't just resize the 32x32 terrain file.
i followed all the instructions given on how to install and when i did i got the Christmas one?
any help would be great dunno what i did wrong could be something really obvious so sorry if it is :smile.gif:
First thing you did wrong: you obviously didn't read either the OP, and/or the included instructions. They're there for a reason. Please read them to avoid being raged at. I've raged at far too many idiots for this week who came in here acting like dickheads trying to put all the blame for it not working how they want it to on us.
You have to use a program like, GIMP or Paint.net (those are free), or Photoshop because of transparency or else it will screw with your minecraft.
I have Gimp, but somehow I still can't edit the terrain.png. If I open it I can view it in Windows Photo Viewer but I can't edit it in any way.
Are you right-clicking on it then selecting edit with GIMP? If so and still have the problem I could do it for you just tell me what you want where. I've got some time on my hands.
Logs. That way, although some of it would be destroyed, it would be left with a reasonable amount intact. Then if you raise up some mountains near it with dirt or something, make them higher than than the structure, and then make a lake. That way... we haz SUNKEN RUINS!!!!! YEAH!
.. Or alternatively, you could build a full-size model somewhere else, note roughly how much is destroyed, then imitate it building with cobblestone or mossy cobblestone. But still... Underwater ruins would be EPIC!
This is an awesome texture pack and this is probably my fault somehow but something went wrong: I downloaded the texture pack and everything but when I go to open minecraft it's just a black screen. :sad.gif:
Ah, good. Someone who doesn't assume nothing is their fault. FOR YOU!
For the two previous posters, delete you ~\.minecraft\bin folder and run the Minecraft launcher. Once its downloaded again, the texture pack will be gone.
Then, re-read the install instructions and try installing again, if you wish.

I can copy any building, place it anywhere, and change the material it is made out of.
This means I could turn something like the stone giant into wood and burn it above the lake.
For the ruins I could turn the mansion into cobblestone, break it up, and place it underwater.

Could it be possible to have the server up earlier because I can't play sometimes. (it is too late in Sweden)
Yes, I could have the server running as early as 10:00am (Eastern Standard Time) on saturday morning.
I don't know what time that is for you, but knowing when you usually join, that gives you a couple hours.
Yah, cobblestone or mossy cobble... a mix of both. Put it underwater just north of the dam... although you may have to deepen the river for that to work.

and sandstone seems to be the same
Problem Resolved: For some unexplainable reason V. 16 of Mixcraft was in the minecraft.jar file instead of V. 24

You use a editing program to move it to where the old cobble is.

(The WildGrass actually appears dark green in-game instead of gray)
I never use mods, so can someone take a screenshot of the WildGrass so I can see if it looks good?
What's "hum"? That isn't even a real question.
I think this is what you want.
@ Kool um not sure why but the link isnt working for me that picture isnt showing up.

But wouldn't that just destroy it? Also, do you mean wooden planks or wooden logs?
