Slight complaint Kool, but uh some of us that cant run out minecraft on fancy the leafs leaves and grass look identical so I kinda get confused when walking around in a forest lol. Would be could if you could do a slight adjustment to leafs leaves. If not I can just grab a leaf texture from somewhere else.
Edit* Typo on leaves lol thats what happens when you are fans of the Leafs lol.
I actually agree with this... However, please do a GOOD revamp on the leaves if you decide to do it. For example, with the hardwood trees (are they pine trees?) as they are found in snowy areas, could you give them needles instead of leaves? Should be even easier than leaves, but then again... I'm no pixel artist. But as well as that, the normal leaves DO need to look a bit more leafy... At the moment... they look a bit haphazard and shredded to be leaves. That's half the problem with them on the Fast graphics setting - they do look a lot like grass, especially in dim areas... Probably can wait for next version, but it would be good to see pine needles and more defined leaves :smile.gif:
And, as I read earlier, we need more moss on the mossy cobblestone... Perhaps a light covering of moss over roughly 50% of the texture?

Also about the workbench could you add something to the one empty side. Ive seen some people put another tool there or even drawers lol I dont know just a random thought.
I have an issue with sandstone when I use Mixcraft. I have tried other packs but none of them come across this issue.
Any one know why? or what i should do to fix it.
I did not edit the texture pack in any way. just downloaded it and installed it.
Did you try quitting your game and starting it up again?
Yes i have but still nothing changed. also another issue i noticed is that Blue cloth blocks act up the same way where it doesn't show the top. So far only sandstone and blue cloth and Lapis Ore is buggy on my system.
We need a javascript addon for this thread that detects if the words "pumpkin" "texture"/"block" and "messed up"/"
weird" are in the same sentence when they post, then stop them from posting and put up a pop-up that says "READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!!!" with a link to the OP. Lawl.
Oh, and if you're using an in-game selector pack, you failed o read "The Difference.txt" in the root of the zipfile. If you're using a Complete pack, you failed to read the "How To Install.txt".

Actually, if they follow my instructions for the In-Game Selector pack correctly, there will be no glitches.
I still tell them to drag the zip into the "texturepacks" folder, but ALSO to run the patch for 32x32 size.
In other news, Tinypic makes my images blurry and Photobucket has terribly low bandwith limits.
I have officially switched over to Imgur, which seems to be working perfectly at the moment.
Have you asked permission from all of the creators of the textures? Otherwise, its just stealing
I agree. I'm disturbed by this. I understand that you trying to get the best textures from every texture-pack, but at least ask before adding.
Edit: Fricken' Ninja'

..well it is MIXcraft...
For crying out loud... I wish people wouldn't dig up posts that were posted over 5 months ago
BACK THEN, most of the textures came from other packs. Now, most of them are made by me.
The only reason I haven't changed the name of the pack is because people search for Mixcraft.
Lol. People must be pretty dang uneducated if they think stuff posted almost half a year ago is still relevant.

THE SERVER IS NOW OPEN
Well, the only problem I have with that is that if they don't use a 32x32 texture pack, Minecraft will crash because of the patch. Still, it's an option.
Hi, how do you locate the minecraft.bin file on a Mac? My girlfriend installed this texture, and now she can't remove it again. I've tried searching, but nothing we've done has worked. :sad.gif:
I think (from memory) it should be in... Local Disk/User/Application Support/.minecraft/bin
To remove it, delete the minecraft.jar file in that folder.
That Path I gave up top should be correct, as far as i can remember... but I may be wrong... There should be a "How to uninstall.txt" file in the Mixcraft HD.zip file somewhere. I think it has the proper path for a Mac.

I've heard you can find them here on a mac ---> ~\Library\Application Support\Minecraft\
IN OTHER NEWS - I have lots of plans for my next few server projects! (sorry about the vague names)
Stone Giant = 64-block-tall hollow player model made entirely out of stone, with rooms on the inside.
Underwater Base = Basically just an underwater house with lots of waterfalls and canals and such.
Beach House = Small house, possibly made out of sandstone, with a nice "summer home" feeling.
Roller Coaster = Complicated series of tracks powered by boosters, possibly goes underground too.
Mountain Home = T-shaped wooden building with two floors, perched on the very top of a mountain.
Small House = Just a small cabin, nothing special, possibly my own personal administrator home =D
Mansion = Large mansion with 3-4 floors and many rooms, possibly each player gets their own room.
Snow Fort = Large for made out of snow, complete with turret-defense systems, lit with lava lights.
NOTE: Stone Giant, Mountain Home, Small House, and Mansion (as well as Monument) have already been made by me and will be transfered into the server from my other worlds using MCEdit's schematic tool.
Hey, just reporting a slight problem. While using the pack, my lit Netherrack looking like flowing water. ore specifically, water flowing downwards. Not too bad, but just saying.
KTHXBAI. :3

Well you most likely just dropped the whole thing into the minecraft texture pack folder
Easy to follow instructions
Folder navigation:
Mixcraft v23 Pack>>>Complete Texture Packs>>>Mixcraft HD (main pack)
This is the full texture pack, I assume this is what you want to install.
1) select the folder labeled HD Texture Patch
2) Choose operating system
3) Run patcher
4) Check the box beside Texture Pack
5) Hit browse and navigate to the folder mentioned above.
6) Select 32x32, if it does not do it for you.
7) Hit patch.
8) Done
All of these steps are in the How to Install.txt in the above folder.
The BLUE circle I am making a hole which I will cover with glass and it will go straight down to the bottom dunno what I`ll do from there, I`ll take suggestion lol maybe it can be a mining station or something.
