I've looked around at other packs trying to find a better half step in the hope of cutting it out and placing it in this pack but haven't found that goes well with everything else yet.
You know there's an alternate half-step in the terrain file, right?
If the half steps haven't changed since, version 13 I believe, then don't change them! They look awesome. I made a farm out of them once, it looked really, really nice. I haven't seen any other texture packs with a half step like this either...
Btw is there a changelog?? If not you should think of implementing one if it's not too much trouble because not all people use the WHOLE pack. that way we can go through any thing updated instead of going through the whole thing.

*EDIT* I just saw that everytime he makes an update he posts the Changelog... DERP I've just been used to the changelogs been incorporated into the zip files lol DON'T HATE ON ME PLEASE!!!!

Ya that or Gimp or Photoshop and copy&paste it over the other one make sure its PERFECTLY overlapped and that its saved as PNG
Hey just wondering, i know its kinda silly and all, but could u you make blue redstone, or in this case bluestone? also it would look great if u used doku's cacti for yours

1. Purple armor/weapons/tools are Obsidian. You can get them by using the obsidian tool mod. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=73838
2. You simply find an original items.png file and replace the new one with it, or delete your bin folder, restart minecraft and you'll have all the original textures.
Could you possibly fix the portal texture? It's all f***ed for me. I think it has to do with the tile size.
The portal texture being messed up is an issue outside the texture pack. Once the HD texture patch gets updated the portal issue will go away(most likely).

Apparently don't use Paint lol
Don't EVER try to edit the terrain or items files in MS Paint! It can't handle transparency!
Your file will just get screwed up if you do that, any negative space becomes black...
and is there a free paint program that I can use that does handle transparencies? Kinda want to change up the pumpkins/door.
