Sorry for not being clear on my request, but yes, just for the iron/steel block. I've been trying to find a decent set of textures for the iron/steel, gold, and diamond blocks that would make a castle built out of them look cool. Right now I'm using Doku's textures for them, but they don't make good building blocks when they look like that.

Okay, I will make an alternate steel block that has bolts in each corner
I really hope you have a Mac version, because, if I'm not mistaken, you only have instructions for windows, so I'm assuming this doesn't work on Mac. I downloaded the file but just haven't tried doing it yet, don't wanna mess anything up. But if it's not compatible with Mac, I greatly urge you to make a Mac version. I'd love to be able to use this mod On my computer. If you have instructions for it, it would be great.

How do i know when my HD texture pack is installed because when i try water still moves could anyone make a guide on how to install the hd pack
1) Open your minecraft.jar
2) Copy in the standard mixcraft files
3) Copy in the mixcraft HD files
4) Close your minecraft.jar
5) Extract the patcher to the same directory as your minecraft.jar
6) Run patcher
7) Play Minecraft
If any of these steps are too vague, please read around the forum more, the info is out there.

Well... does it look HD?
If you put in the HD terrain file, then it is most likely HD
Try making a solid iron block, if it looks silver with virtical lines on the side, youre using the HD one
If it has weird patterns on it, youre using the non-HD one

no dude in his podcast thing he said he was going to make it so you can select which texture pack you want and he would put some in the game already, like the ones people like a lot

There are just so many packs out there, what are the chances of mine being chosen?
I'd just like to point out that I made a forum account just to tell you how amazing i think your texture pack is! It really does make Minecraft a whole new game.

I added some new stuff to Octoberfest Edition, and finally got around to
making my own custom health and ammo bars, as well as a new crosshair
There's more stuff too, but I will list everything when I release the pack

To be honest, the bolts in the steel isn't coming out the way I would like it to...
Bolts/screws should be small, but that's hard to do without them just looking like dots
And if I make them big enough to tell what they are, they look awkward
But I will try to do the best I can
