I agree with you on that. I prefer red beds.

Im kinda a noob, but ALOT of textures are missing. I get pink and grey blocks for leaves, wood, water, lava, and even torches, its pretty annoying and i just removed it.

I honestly have no idea what you're trying to say. Please rephrase your comment/question.

The MCPatcher that came with the download won't recognize Mixcraft HD.zip as having the proper compression format, could this be a result of having opened with WinRAR and editing terrain.png? Did the same thing with v25 and v26 with no problems, so I'm a little confused. Does e-mailing a .zip alter its compression? My friend having the problem is on a mac

EDIT: solved the problem, simply clicked 'fix' in WinRAR with the file selected.. who knew..

Blame the website, not me. Did you ever wonder why hardly anyone else has said this? You just happen to get unlucky, so I'm sorry that happened. My advice would be to try upgrading your virus protection.

(To be honest, I have absolutely NO virus protection at all, and mediafire works just fine for me)

I think that is highly unlikely. I've downloaded every version of this pack since 19 from Mediafire....no viruses. Are you sure it was a real virus? Some malware will give you a fake virus alert and then try and sell you fake software to fix it (which is often akin to a virus itself).

Yeah same here. Mine never gave me a virus either so i think its gotta be your computer or something... sorry about that dude, better download super antispyware or something.

I'm not blaming you, I'm just stressed because all of my family pictures and memories flashed before my eyes...etc. It took control of my PC, but I managed to get it off. Sorry for my attitude.

sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm getting this error when selecting the mixcraft hd zip in the patcher :
There was an error opening minecraft.jar. This may be because: etc. etc.
I have the legit game, I don't have any other mods, and I tried deleting the bin folder and running the game again and trying the patcher again - also tried moving the patch into the bin folder. the log window says this:

How to download it or how to install it? To download it, all you do is click on the download link in my first post.

Installing it should be pretty much the same for both systems. Just run the "(Mac+Linux) Texture Patcher"

Nice stuff you got here, just downloading it now. Oh wait, it's done now :smile.gif: Let's hope it's as good as I hope!!!
