Well the "20 dollar game" Is whats causing this. There are known problems that people with computers that can run "AMAZING" games have problems with Minecraft.

Hi I have a problem, too:
I installed it exactly as it said, and the patcher won't work. It says right when I start it up that it can't get into minecraft.jar. When I run minecraft, it does the same thing as a failed mod installation: it passes the loading screen, then it just goes to a black screen. It won't load at ALL.

It's included in Version 26. Look for "Mixcraft Basic" in In-Game Selector Pack OR in Complete Texture Packs.

So, I use this texture pack and love it, and today i noticed one of the things ive grown to love about it was that the leafs on the trees, i was able to kinda see through the blocks....today i logged in and now i cant, but everything else on the texture pack is okay. was this changed?

While playing, press esc, click on options, click on video settings, and change the graphics to "Fancy"

Possibilities:
1. You didn't install properly. Follow the "How to Uninstall" instructions included in the download, then try again
2. you're using a mod that makes the HD patch not work - follow Step 1.
3. Remove all texture packs from your ~\.minecraft\texturepacks folder

if all that fails... well, I dunno. I'll think of something tho.

First things first, never expect help if you're using a cracked version of ANY game, especially this one. I suggest you buy it quick-smart, since it's not even that expensive (15-20 dollars or so is insignificant compared to most other games of this caliber). For your error, though, remove all texture packs in the ~\.minecraft\texturepacks folder. Your problem is that your game is trying to load up a 16x16 pack while the game is being forced to try to render it in 32x32 (which is what it was patched for). Removing all texture packs from the folder will fix this issue.

You're back! I thought you died or something! Although maybe you just haven't been saying much, I dont know.

Either way, if you haven't noticed, I added HD font to Mixcraft and also added a FAQ to my original post.

The server is offline for a while, because... well... people just don't seem to want to join it anymore.

Sorry, didn't know how to post a picture on this forum, but my torches, furnaces, leaves, workbenches, water, lava, and maybe more just show up as pink cubes.

I decided to install it once again today and was busy into it. when i ran the patcher and clicked patch after doing what i had to do when it got to 6% i got a error screen. saying that if the .jar file is corrupted blah blah blah. i retried installing twice more before finally deleting my BIN folder and resting my bin. when even this didn't work i had to come here.

Did you follow my Version 26 written instructions exactly? I update the instructions whenever I update the pack.

If you want to, try typing out your entire process for installing the pack, and maybe I can point out the problem.

For some reason when ever I click "Click here to start download" the download screen does not pop up.

I am using a Mac.

Also when I go to the "current version" link on the video it says the file is set to private. I am not sure what is happening or it is being updated but I NEED this texture pack nao!

Why are you trying to download it from the video? That link doesn't work because it's outdated.

I like the second one too. I suppose it depends if you are aiming at 'raw' or polished. Something more 'stony' and 'veiny' perhaps?
