I'm using your Semi Realistic HD pack with minecraft as of now, But never again will I update from the version I have of the HD Pack from yours (Pointing to the creator of it), Ever since i've attempted to install it, My Video card drivers crash CONSTANTLY everytime I do anything with Minecraft, fresh minecraft install even. Once I ran the mcpatcher with YOUR pack it freezes up and my video drivers crash REPEATEDLY. Even when i'm just clicking on Minecraft it crashes the Video Drivers. I have an ATI Radeon Sapphire HD 6850 card. I have all of my drivers up-to-date too. It's working as of now but it crashes every once in a while and it angers me. It's only your HD pack that crashes it, I've tried MANY others after yours and it worked flawlessly. But now since I have yours as of now, I'm not going to risk it any further until a new patch arrives. I hate to say, but I won't be coming back to this pack unless you know how to distribute it more efficiently.
I'm not saying this in a way to tell everyone not to get it, But be wary because this has happened to me. Just want to put a warning label on it in case it does pew your battlestation (Computer) and so they really can't be reliable in any way.
Regardless, It's a great texture pack but screwed over something with my drivers. Don't try to counter-act and say it's virus/malware because it's scanned fully every night/morning for spyware/malware/virus/etc and it's clean so far. Even if you do reply to me I doubt I will see it because this is probably the only post i've made on the MC forums.

I`m sorry you feel so negatively towards my pack, although I have to be honest, I disagree with you. Based on what you said, it seems much more likely that the source of your problem is your video card, especially since no one else has ever complained that my pack crashed their video drivers. Your video card might just not be powerful enough to handle a higher definition texture pack. I would suggest finding a lower resolution pack.
Last question (I promise) : how can I install normal clouds ? Cause there is a png file in the folder but I have no idea about what I should do with it.
Ok I tryed installing the texture pack, I followed all the instructions in the video, I even unchecked custom lava and water, but I still get a black screen whenever I try to log into minecraft... Anyone know how to fix this?
Why do I have triangles for the shading when I have Notch's new smooth lighting effect?
It seems to only be showing traingles when I put a torch above ice though. Just might be a bug referring to ice.
I simply pulled the Minecraft HD.zip out of the extraced folder and into my desktop and browsed to it from MCPatcher and patched it. It work's fine now!

No, it shouldn't be a problem at all. My beds show up fine, as well as most other people's beds.
Can you explain exactly what you did? No matter what I do, I can't make the beds NOT show up.

Yeah, I think it is. Ever since Notch added the new smooth lighting, my ice has had triangles on it.
I don't think it has anything to do with my texture pack, but I will try to find some kind of solution.

Trust me, this pack has been updated and already has beds in it. I can clearly see them in my game.
You are most likely just installing the pack incorrectly. Try watching the video instructions.

What's exactly is the problem? You just told me that when you install Mixcraft, your game looks like Mixcraft.
Most HD texture packs are installed the same way. Your default textures become the ones in the pack.
Are you sure it isn't just nighttime? My pack doesn't change the lighting of the game at all, only textures.
Actually, your pack is quite dark, so it gives the feeling everything gets darker, at least for me too. I don't mind though, it looks good. Mostly and eye illusion. Another example could be with the original Doku's pack.

It's an Radeon 6850, It's a $200 video card that basically plows any game with all maxed settings without it having to put out much. A $20 game with a 'hd' pack shouldn't use so much resources from one card to crash it.

Don't use HD Fonts if you are using any mods that require ModLoader. Uninstall the textures and delete the HD fonts before re-installing.
