Oh and another thing, do you gotta reinstall the textures and hd fix everytime a new update is released, or will the update only change the files changed in the new patch (such as, non-texture files)? Thanks
Yeah you have to reinstall the textures, but you get used to it and can do it faster eventually, like for me it only takes like 60 seconds to copy the textures and patch it

That fixed it, but the obsidian armor and weapons aren't loading correctly, they're loading the original textures from the obsidian mod instead of the mixcraft versions.
Probably because you copied the textures that come with the mod...
Try adding my armor and gui files again
If I get a screenshot of the problem area in the gui folder, do you think that might help recognize the problem? I've been trying every scenario people have suggested and they don't seem to be working.

Yeah sure, just post it here

How can I change my skin? Im confused it isn't the same as in 1.2.0...
Notch changed the location of the character skin in 1.2.2
The "char.png" skin file is now in the "mobs" folder

The folder in question that I believe is causing the problem is here:
In that folder are copies of all the original textures for obsidian tools/armor. Removing them or the folder in question causes the game to crash, and regardless of what order I install the mods or if I install your textures after installing the obsidian mod textures, the original textures show up.
I have only 2 questions. What is the music in the first video and/or where could I get it? Also, all I want is the sun. I like my current pack, but DO NOT like it's sun. I already replaced the moon.

I have tried to install the Mixcraft Texture Pack and it wont work with the new Texture Pack installer in game... Is there a way around this or a fix???
I'm in love with this pack. Makes the game a lot better in my opinion. Like the light saber too :biggrin.gif:
I was wondering if you would maybe incorporate this: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=78766
into an optional pack, I doubt it would take much time. Thanks!
Looks pretty awesome! I will make that an alternate in the next version

If you use the "Texture Selector Packs", then it should work
Open that folder, and open either Mixcraft Basic or Mixcraft HD
Drag the zip file directly into the "texturepacks" folder
Start minecraft, and select the pack from the menu

Only if you're using one of the Texture Selector Packs, which are included in the pack
HD is never needed, you should use Mixcraft Basic if your video drive sucks

To whoever it may concern, I just posted a rapidshare mirror of the download
