In the midst of all the complainers, trolls and newbies, are the people who know what they're doing and like the stuff that's on display. Those are the good people.
On a side note, although I know the Aether Collaboration is a huge mod, but do you think you could work on some textures for it, and include the pack for the Aether as a separate download? I wouldn't expect it anytime soon ofc, but if you could have a go at it... please :biggrin.gif:
First of all, great pack, I tried a few, but this is the one I stick with.
Now for complaints I mean constructive suggestions!
I've never noticed before, since I've never used it in construction, but the sandstone texture is just awful to build anything with. It should be a uniform texture more like the upper surface, but less pink.
Also, the color of snow does not match the color of snow on the 'snowy dirt block' I find it quite jarring (the 'pure snow is bluer, the 'dirt snow' is grayer).

The main reason I don't want to change the sandstone is because I'm trying to make it look similar to the original, which looks like cracked stone with a stone slab on top. The original does not look uniform or have heiroglyphics on it, and so neither does mine.
Mixcraft is supposed to look like a higher definition and more visually appealing version of the original, but still follow the basic outlines of the original textures.
I will definitely see what I can do about the color difference in the snow.
There's something odd about this pack, Kool. I'm not entirely sure what, but it causes an unusual amount of lag. Other 32px packs run on my computer just fine (no lag spikes, etc). But Mixcraft (for some reason) causes lag. I have no clue as to the cause of it (especially as you downsized the water animation). DokuCraft runs perfectly fine, no lag at all. But Mixcraft has a very noticeable amount of extra lag. Any idea what might be causing this?
I have support for biome color changes in both the grass and trees. I'm not sure what you could be referring to.
What Joker is trying to say is that notch made in the terrian.png so the grass, leaves and wild grass are grey so that way the grasscolor/foilagecolor.png can tint the grass/leaves to the correct color but what you did is make the grass/leaves in the terrian.png green so nobody can see the change in grass/leaves color.
this texture pack is amazing. I was wondering If I could have permission to use some of the textures as a base in my pack that I am making? I cant seem to add dimension or realism to my textures, as I am not very good at that sort of thing, I am reluctant to ask for help. I am wondering if using your pack as a base and then editing it to help create my own is ok with you?
I must say I love this pack as a 32x. I previously used packs like Misa's, creative_one's Medievil, and more and more I'm coming back down to packs like this. It began with Glimmar's, but that just doesn't -always- look right with what I'm doing. This pack is PERFECT for everything I do. Just as well, this is one of the few 32x packs (from what I've seen, and I search around a LOT) that fully utilize the resolution offered by 32x32pixels. This pack looks practically as good as Misa's 64x. The only complaint I have, is mod support. Which, from me, is no surprise. I use many, many mods. I'm not saying I'd like to see support for everything, since that would be a LOT to cover. Perhaps you could support one great compilation of mods, such as the Yogbox? I don't think there is a texture pack for the Yogbox, and therefore this would really get some attention for your pack. Although, there may be some permissions from Yogscast to do it, but they seem like nice people, I'm sure they'd be thrilled you wanna support their compilation. Anyway, love the pack, would absolutely use it all the time if it had mod support, if you don't do it, it's like I'll end up just changing a few things around and just personally adding support for my client lol.
Edit: I don't think there are any higher resolution texture packs for the Yogbox, I meant to say that originally as SMP and Painterly already have 16x support for it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I haven't seen any 32x texture packs for the Yogbox.
Fine. I just added them to the bottom of the post for people who really need them.

Have you ever thought about doing a 64 x 64 version of the texture pack?
I love the pack as is. You stuck to the same style as the original and it looks great, was just wondering if you were going to expand it some.
