Do the compasses not work, or am i missing something?

is there another .png for the compass and watch dials. I cant see them and I cant find the .png file can someone tell me the location or if I've missed it in the gui folder or something. other than the watch and compass all works fine thanks.

Audi4444player: Watch dial is /misc/dial.png, but there is no image file for a compass needle IIRC.

Drsaz: My compass is working fine. Perhaps you should reinstall HD fix.

Dvan: To fix the watch problem you need to have the EXACT same shade of purple on your watch as the original watch.

Matteron: It is the same shade of purple.

Jack o lantern has lava and firre on it
Birck blocks has fire and lava and something else on it
watch dosent work
compass dosent work
in nether everything looks like water blocks expect lava

Did you apply the "Obligatory 32x32 texture fix by xau"? (see the first post) because its sounds like you haven't yet.

I haven't been able to get the HD fix to work, keeps freezing at 81% when trying to read textures.png

So my portals look all messed up, they arent completely filled, and just have lines of purple. I have applied the patch, and everything else works correctly. Thanks for making this pack!

I was wondering if you could create a download with grass on the side i like the skin but hate that there is no grass on the side of the blocks.

No offense, the old pack was 3000x Better. the new textures look... bad and saturated. I don't know but robeyray has the same look I have and. It's bad. I'm sorry but it's not the brown and bloom I know. I guess I'll try and add the new stuff from the Halloween update to the old one. Does anyone else know how to do this?

This is a fantastic texture pack and I do hope you continue to work with it.

Goodman45: If you hate variety it's not my problem. I enjoy having brown wastelands, bright green plains and autumn forests all in one texture pack.
CreeperDaReeper: Oooooh, nice, i was looking for something like that for quite a while. Thanks.

Raistro: It never matches the color of the grass on the top of the block because of how biomes affect grass coloration right now. So i won't consider it until Notch will fix it. If you hate it THAT much, you can just combine the current version of a texture pack with one of the old ones and then replace the grasscolor.png and foliagecolor.png with two identical white 256x256 files and it will revert it to the original look.
