Thwimps as slimes? I'll consider that, unless I can't find a good place Goombas. In which case, they'd be slimes.
But slimes are so rare, and goombas are so common!
Anyway, here are my ideas.
Zombie=Drybones
Skeleton=Snuffit (yours)
Creeper=Bomb-Omb (Duh)
Slime=Thwomps/Thwimps (still not mine)
Pigs=Goombas (You'd have to reskin pork)
Cows=Chain Chomp?
Spiders=Spiders (Heheheh)
Chickens=Baby Yoshi (SMW)
That's all I got.
Dry Bones weren't in SM64, but that's a good idea. I've made exceptions with the items already. Cows, I was thinking the cows from Moo Moo farm in Mario Kart 64. I wouldn't want to milk a Chain Chomp, or ponder how that would be possible...
For Spiders, I assume you mean Scuttlebugs? I was planning those.

Ah, thanks for offering to help but I already made Flint and Tinder a Fireflower a while ago. Seemed better for the job. Doesn't seem right to have two fireflowers. So that's what brings me to today's minor update.
I made the Bow a Super Scope (Mario did indeed use one in Yoshi's Safari) which fires black pellets to compliment the upcoming Snufits. (I'll get around to mobs soon, I know I've been slow with updates)
You should really make this a Mario-themed pack as opposed to limiting yourself to just one game. It's shaping up to be that, anyway. Good work otherwise.
Updated! I know I said I'd do mobs next, but I had a sudden urge to sprite the armor and a bunch more items. The armor I have to say I'm especially proud of. Actual 3D armor will come later.
Including spiffy Yoshi hat!
The other new items include: dried pasta and spaghetti (PM) replacing wheat and bread , cake mix and cake (also PM) replacing pork and grilled pork, a gameboy horror (Luigi's Mansion, go play it if you haven't) with radar activated replacing the compass, clay and brick replacements to suit their texture equivalents, the lakitu fishing pole from SMW (with a 1up as bait) replacing the fishing pole, and a fire flower-ish seed replacing flint.
In addition, I added new paintings. While updating them, I realized I forgot the Lethal Lava Land painting. I hope no one grew too attached to that up arrow. http://i53.tinypic.com/hv8io0.jpg
I'm quite fond of that Metal Mario painting.
Maybe you could make a version of this but for creative mod. Please :biggrin.gif:

Well, while the items borrow from all Mario games, I'm of course planning to keep enemies and the terrain strictly SM64. Failing that, at least in the style of SM64.

Snufits are a subspecies of Snifit, only found in Super Mario 64. Where Snifits are Shyguy-like, Snufits are much more balloon-like. They float in the air, have no arms or legs, and swell up like a balloon when they fire at you. Just a bit of fun trivia there, and thank you.

I'm pretty sure it's canon, since only that kind of Snifit is referred to as a Snufit, and are referred to as such in strategy guides and things like that. They were also in Mario Party 2, as the Snufit police, which I forgot about.I got most of the info off of the Mario wiki, and they've never steered me wrong before.

Download the .rar from the download link provided, and (assuming you have Winrar or 7zip installed, if you don't, install one) extract the .rar to a folder in your destination of choice. Then, follow these directions: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=15786
And you're ready to go.
