First of all, there's no such thing as Indev anymore, and your pack is not for Creative. Not to mention that almost everything in the pack is from Quandary. Sorry, but I'm not adding this.

Well... despite my pack with the affiliation of Quandary and Painterly, do all of my edits and personally designed additions (such as armor models and portal cake) amount to a pack that stands on its own? Thus, qualified to become on the List...

Yes, but the majority of the pack still uses a lot of textures from other packs, and the pack itself is mostly an edit of Quandary.
I'll work on removing the dead packs this weekend.

With enough time and consideration I'm sure that there will be less content from other packs in the future. So I will come back when I know it is more significant than an edit. Moreover, Quandary Reborn will be amplified.
