Lilyo, believe it or not, a lot of time and effort was spent for those simple packs. They aren't all the same, they have different feels. I don't appreciate you referring to them that way, and immediately after my own post, obviously you're including my own pack. I honestly don't care if no one likes it, but I care if it's disliked. I realize it's not all that special but I still feel proud of it, and I posted it in hopes someone would enjoy it. Please don't disinclude the work that I and others have done because they're similar.
he… umm… we didn’t. he just said that there are so many similar packs in this style that they are stealing the attention they deserve from each other, and i agreed.
I don't really think adding 100 simple texture pack to the list is that good of an idea. I understand that they're easy packs for beginners to make and all, but it's really getting pretty frustrating. And I'm just talking about the ones that take all the blocks and like make them all into 1 color with an outline, or just erase all the details on a block and leave 1 solid color. I understand that a lot of people like these packs and that they all obviously differ from one another but having these many packs kinda limits the popularity if each individual pack, so instead of one pack getting like 100 users the people just get split up amongst the many packs, making each of them die out quicker.
Should I make a small subsection for simple packs? I feel as though if you like one of them, you'd obviously also like the other so that way you would have an easier time choosing.
Or am i just making a big deal out of nothing?

I agree.
1) there are 100's of the same simplified packs
2) they honestly dont take long to make compaired to a indepth texture pack
3) more sorting options is better
OK, well then, there's almost 20 texture packs that fall under the category of simple texture packs in the 16x16 list alone, so for the sake of organization, I WILL make a section for them at the bottom of their respective resolution's list. This is in no way meant to criticize the effort or work put into the packs in the slightest way, but rather showcase them together due to their similar style and better present them to the people that use this forum, because chances are, if one person likes one of those packs, they probably like the rest as well. This way, people won't just go with the first simple texture pack they see as they scroll down the list and the packs won't just be scattered around the place, but rather neatly organized in one section.
Should I make a thread with a poll for voting on everyone's favorite simple texture packs so that they can be listed based on popularity?
E: On second thought, I'm actually not sure if I should make this. Could I get some opinions from any of the creators of any of the simple packs?

meh, I'd rather stick to vanilla as much as possible, I'm just fed up with the blue tools.

Very cool looking but yeah, def a hoax. Minecraft doesn't support real-time reflections. Would be awesome though.
