I saw a mod that allowed you to click mob spawners and select which mobs spawned there, but I can't find it anymore, can anyone PM a link to that thread?

I've looked for almost 2 hours now, and tried google.... Please help, I will love you forever

You will also need modloader.

ok so i have this problem: whenever i open minecraft i go into the mods and texture pack folder area....and my screen turns black....i dont know what to do!!

Finally entered winter break, so I'll update the front page with the images and all that.
I'm guessing I also have to edit the links now that we have a new section, so that's gonna suck ass :l
If you guys see your texture pack on the list or wish for it to be added please post here with the new link. That would help me a lot.

Well I guess some of them actually got switched over by mods, but a lot of people just decided to make new threads and leave their old ones behind, so now some of them are gonna be messed up.

E: Alright, updated your pack and added a few new things. Even though this is mostly focused as a texture pack index page, I'll still be adding mods to it, just cause I like the organization

I found a well made video on texture pack installation, can you please update the main thread to include its instructions.


And this video actually uses the "mods and texture packs" tab in the Minecraft game.

Do all These Alpha Texture Packs Work With BETA?

I suggest you just use one for the 320 example, or else it would be kind of hard to tell how it all looks like
I'd use the top left example, cause that looks awesome.
As for the pack itself, I suggest you lighten up the dirt a bit.

I don't want to push it... but do you think you could update the "IG Examples" to the pics in my topic?
The ones you have now are from at least a month ago, I just didn't want the pictures to be misleading

Awesome, I'm about to go through every single link! (KIDDING). But I will go through a lot of them.

Ok, it took some time but I updated the list with more images.

Also @Koolwitak, I suggest you work on your grass a bit more as it creates some ugly dark patterns when it tiles. You could either kind of smooth it all out or darken up the left side so that it'd be all the same shade and color all throughout.
