I have created a texture pack and was wondering how to post it could any one help me?

Is it just me or do some mod packs not work with the new option thing in the Minecraft Main menu?

Mods and textures are two different thing. Make sure the texture you downloaded is in zip format. If it's a folder, compress its files.

It's a WIP so I won't be adding it till you release it.

E: I'm thinking of having some sort of Feature Mod/ Texture pack of the week... anyone think it's a good idea? I'd have to decide for myself if not enough people discuss mods or texture packs here, seeing how I can't make a poll =.=

What do you mean? Are you referring to Captiva's Guns and Ammo?
I don't see why nothing would show up, are you using the textures correctly? They're just items.
If you want a gun mod, use SDK's Mods. He has actual working guns, not just replaced textures for the bow.

Release the terrain.png now also, I think that a featured mod/texture pack of the week would be a great thing if enough people get involved.

Alright added your pack. I also recommend the new, growing grass mod.

It is a brilliant mod, but it clashes terribly with biome terrain. Just a word of warning there, thanks for adding my pack.

Do you guys think I should include some sort of preview next to the textures? Like a small (320x240) image to the right of each pack for easier searching? It might get really crowded due to the large number of textures though. What do you think?

E: Well I guess it's not possible to do so on this forum, so what do you think would be the best place to have the IMG example?

It;s a released pack, the WIP is because I'm still tweaking it here and there, also mobs are in works. Will be a complete re-texture in glorious 16x16

Unless you have knowledge in 3D programs such as Blender, you have to chase them around.

I'll update the entire Texture Pack section with images this weekend btw.
