You can use this Resource Pack easily in Vanilla! However, it is recommended to use Optifine Mod to have access to all the features of it, such as connected textures and random mobs(These features aren't currently added, but will be added in a later release)!
Normal Installation
Download the Resource Pack
Run Minecraft, go to your Resource Pack Menu and press "Open Resource Pack Folder
Drag and drop the downloaded Resource Pack into that folder that just opened.
Run Minecraft, select the resource pack and enjoy!
Optifine Installation
Follow the instructions from the Normal Installation
Follow the installation instructions from the Optifine Thread
Run Minecraft, select the resource pack and enjoy!

Youtubers can create and distribute a modified version of this Resource Pack, but only if they have 50+ Subscribers and 1000+ video views, giving credit.
Map makers can also make modified versions of this pack to match the adventure map, but only giving credit.
