In this new update, I added a much, cooler sun :wink.gif: you'll see! And just to let everyone know, 128x looks the best out of all the versions. Today I present to you, EPICRAFT 2.4
So, this is a revamped version of the original Epicraft. Epicraft was desined to be a fun, light texture, with some parts looking real, others more cartoonish, but overall, epic! The sizes are: {128x} & {64x} thus HD, so they must be patched with Mcpatcher before use (see Installation/Extra Info).
PLEASE COMMENT WITH IDEAS FOR UPDATES! :smile.gif: I'm still trying to figure out what to do with the items, if you have ideas post in the comments. :smile.gif:

the file sharing provider your using is unkonw to me there is a lot of adds and when i click the blue button that says download just like the one you have here nothing happens, do you not have media fire to do this? everyone is familiar with mediafire and it would be better im going to keep trying but im getting a lot of anti-virus warnings
TNT and the sun look awful. To upload it, I suggest getting Google Sites, making a site, and uploading your file there. No ads, no delayed downloads, just a 100 mb size limit.

If anyone wants to port/remake this, feel free to do that! Or don't. It's up to you, really.
Just download GIMP. It's like a free Photoshop. Whatever image editor your using, STOP using it and use Gimp. If your already using gimp, Whatever you do, Gimp is basically the same thing as Photoshop. I downloaded the free trail version (official) and it's exactly the same when it comes to texture making. Photoshop actually isn't good for Minecraft textures, only for editing real-life images.
despite all your messages, i mention i would have your review today as of the first day of the new year and im a man of my word so heheh here is your review, thank you for posting in my texture pack review topic and theres a few issues i have with your texture pack but these are personal so keep in mind this i only what i think, take whats positive and dont mind the negative with out more delay here you go

Your SKILLS.
All you do is either changing the colors of something and adding 3 misplaced pixels OR finding a horrid, misused texture and THEN slapping random pixels in MS Paint.
Before you actually START making a texture pack, make sure you have any skill or talent or at least TRY to do something good, because right now this texture pack is bad, and you should feel bad about posting it here.
Additionaly, you don't need to "set up ads to buy photoshop" you can use The Gimp.
And since i'm already venting - Could everyone PLEASE STOP sheltering everyone by saying that anything they do is great? Doing so is bad as it places everyone on the same level, regardless of the quality (Or lack thereof), and only encourages people to put zero effort into their work and just flood the forums with endless piles of ugly or unimaginative threads.
[Deep breath] This is likely to get me banned for flaming, but i just had to get it out of my system.
Let me tell you something, I used to have a series of 5 texture packs that were awful, and I knew that, so I stopped updating them, and worked on this for a long, long time, and while I know this still isn't the greatest pack, I put alot of effort into it, and will continue to improve it and make it as great as possible, and just for the record, no one is sheltering me and saying that it is great, I get alot of negativity from this, and on my other packs, a lot more, but I am getting better, you can't expect a masterpiece right away.
And I don't expect a masterpice.
Alright, since you're being so civil (Unlike me):
I think you should start with making a x16 pack, and pick one theme for it (Right now it's... not cohesive), and observe other texture artists, practice and improve. And when/if you feel comfortable enough with 16 pixels, you could move to 32x.
That being said... The long production time honestly doesen't show at all.
Deciding to have SOME realistic textures (which aren't even tiled correctly, by the way) and SOME "cartoony" textures in your pack... Is either a bold move or an extremely lazy one. Sadly, it's the latter. It's quite clear that you don't really know how to make a realistic texture pack and are only using the "half-cartoony" term as an excuse for your laziness, especially once you take a look at the cobblestone texture, which is just your stone texture (which is, from what I know, actual, real-life cobblestone) with badly-drawn black lines going across them.
None of your realistic textures tile properly and they clash horribly against the "cartoony" textures. Furthermore, some of your realistic textures have forced "cartoony" aspects to them, such as the TNT, the cobblestone, the pistons, the enchantment table and more. While at first glance they may appear to be pretty okay and may seem to be some of the higher-quality textures in the pack (which they actually are), the grainy texture they have isn't exactly pleasing to the eye.
The mobs are... Interesting to say the least. Most of 'em are just scribbled on with some black or another dark colour. Others are actually drastically changed but still don't look very good. The creeper being practically neon-blue is a terrible choice, and the same goes for the pigs being brown-ish-red-ish except for a few select locations. They're just weird.
And of course, the water... It honestly looks like flowing, blue stone. I want to know where you got this texture, because it obviously isn't actual water. It needs to be changed to something smoother and more water-like, as well as be made transparent.
... I also feel the need to note that these observations were made watching the video-reviews and not actually after having downloaded the pack itself. If you've changed anything drastically since the last one, I'd be interested in knowing. Also, sorry for sounding too harsh. I'm just doing it so you can (hopefully) improve. :3
I spotted about 4 times in this thread alone obvious bumps that I could report you for.
Please, for all that is holy on this Earth, please stop making textures. Pursue another hobby, such as racquetball.
If I have to get the Pope to ask you to stop, I will. For the good of the world.
More obvious garbage bumps, I have no idea what you are trying to achieve with this texture pack other than madpaintskillz and terrible tiling issues, which still persists in EVERY screenshot posted still. Jeez, take an art class for once, you might learn a thing or two.
This is constructive, with a bit of troll. But in all seriousness, your pack looks like my avatar.
I have to say, this is a terrible texture pack. Now, the reasons I say this are numerous. First, you have that awful black and white whatever it is block that tiles like garbage and I don't understand what it could even be. The ores look like you drew a blob of one color onto a blob of another color. Overall, most of the textures tile poorly.
With that said, there are a few textures I did like, for example the cobblestone. The biggest thing you need to do is pick a style. There is absolutely nothing epic about seeing cartoon textures side by side with hd textures.
I'd recommend splitting this into at least two packs so that the textures don't look like crap in-game when you see them all together.
Just my two cents.

I've also created a skin, based off of my Cartoon Creeper, that you can download here.
You may no use this texture in any part or in whole, unless for personal use, without consent from me, the creator.
You might want to look at the raindrops... :wink.gif:EDIT: YAY!!! :wink.gif:

Curse PremiumThough, you probably shouldn't have made another topic just for an update =p
Anyway though, there are still some clear parts of the pack that look like a quick use of the brush tool, most notably the mossy cobble =x

Curse PremiumOh, and also, you should make available multiple sizes of the pack, such as 64x, etc. =)
...But that's just my opinion.
