This is a custom painterly pack. The only thing that I see different is the ghast face and even that is not very altered.
I like how you put the tiniest disclaimer at the end of your post, like that somehow meant that it wasn't deceitful.
Painterly has a "Happy Ghast" option. It's not altered at all from what you can do on painterly.
