Hello guys! It's Kstars here! I have semi-made a texture pack dedicated to SlyFoxHound. The main part however is the Language pack that adds the feeling of being a homie into the game. I'm not saying the texture pack isn't good. I made it using Painterly Pack. So here is a photo of the pack:

AD: I need someone who like/or not the pack to make a banner for it! It would be great and your name will be put up here in size 7 font!

What he said still applies though. So unless you edit it beyond all belief, it's gonna get closed. Sorry dude.
Odds are they won't have the exact same textures and I guarentee they don't have the custom menu buttons and wording so thats why.

If someone wanted to use Painterly Pack, they would. And they would customize it to their liking. So, if we can have exactly what we wanted, customized ourselves, WHY WOULD WE WANT YOURS?
Maybe this is what they want and they don't want to make their own. Just leave. All your doing is causing trouble if it does get locked it isn't because of you so you don't need to be here.
