mctoolbox.me is a website I have created, and am still working on, which houses a variety of different tools and generators for players who build maps, minigames, servers, etc, in vanilla minecraft.
Version support?
All tools and generators support 1.9/1.10 and most have support for 1.8 versions. Currently no generators support any 1.11 releases, as 1.11 has changed many things regarding entities including all entity names. Will be updated soon, but I'm lazy.
Generators and Tools:
These are the current tools and generators which are on the site (will be updated as I make them):
This generator can convert commands into formatted commands without the use of MCEdit or NBTExplorer. This means you can get these commands without exiting your Minecraft world/shutting down your server. The usage is fairly simple. Enter the command you wish to be converted into the text box, select which type of command block you wish to use (impulse works in both 1.8 and 1.9 versions, but chain and repeating are 1.9+ only), the direction its facing and if the command should be the /setblock or /blockdata type. This generator works in all releases of the game.
Holograms
This is one of my more advanced generators. This generator can create advanced holograms, comparable to those made by Spigot/Bukkit plugins. The text area is used to type out exactly what you want your hologram to be. The holograms support ALL formatting, multiple lined holograms, blank lines (line breaks), and even a feature to convert images to holograms. Like the formatted commands generator, all the action takes place in the single text area. Detailed instructions are on the website but I will give a basic run-down of how it works. Type your hologram into the text area to start. Pressing the "Return" key will automatically make this new line a new line in the hologram. By typing in <> you make that line a blank line (line break). The preview at the bottom live updates to show you a general view of how your hologram will look (will not be exact when converting images). To convert an image simply upload it using the "Choose Fiole" button. Once loaded click "Convert to Hologram". You will now see a long string of characters. Copy and paste these characters into the text area to generate the hologram. This generator works in the 1.8-1.10 releases of the game. It will default to 1.8 unless you click the "Version 15w41a or higher" check box! To generate using formatting codes you must click "Uses formatting codes".
Animated Sidebars
This generator creates animated scoreboard sidebars in vanilla minecraft, like the ones seen in lobbies of popular Spigot/Bukkit servers such as Mineplex. I have created a step-by-step tutorial on how to use this generator, which can be found here:
MOTD
This is a very simple generator which can help players, who are new to server owning, create server MOTDs with color and formatting. Originally made as a joke for ItsZender, whom I at one point had to keep telling that his server MOTD was messed up, I decided to make it public. Because why not.
JSON Signs
This generator was the first, but probably no longer the only, JSON sign generator which was 1.9 compatible and had the option to format text, add scoreboard values, clickEvents, etc without breaking. This generator works in both 1.8 and 1.9 releases. The instructions for use are self-explanatory on the page itself. Select the line (1-4), the type of text (text, player name (@p, @a, @r, etc), or scoreboard value), enter the values you want, the formatting and that's it. each line can have multiple formatting and text-type options, which are added using the "add text" button.
Duplicate Commands Tool
This is my most obscure tool and has limited, but powerful, uses. This tool allows you to type in a "base command" with a variable set in place, and it will duplicate that command by the given number of times while replace the variable with the number each time and then outputting the final result either as raw commands or a one-command format. The generator can also replace the variable with a number of words by selecting the Words option. This generator was requested by ShaneStone to be used by him in his development of the PokeCA map, hence the limited uses.
MCEdit Filters
This page contains MCEdit filters which I have been given the rights to host. Each filter has its own description and credits given. All owners of the filters are aware of me hosting, and have given their consent.
Clickable Mobs
This generator was one I made a while back but took down because it needed updating. Upon popular request I have updated this generator to support 1.9/1.10 releases. No 1.8 support. All you have to do is define what type of entity, its display name, and the commands run when right clicked and the generator will make a spawn egg that spawns in your NPC. Right-clicking it will activate each of the commands you told it to, in the order you wrote them.
Vanilla GUIs
This generator was one I made a while back for private use but have since made public. With it you are able to easily create GUI menus that are opened when right clicking a certain item, defined in the generator. These GUIs mimic those made by server plugins near perfectly, with the only 2 limitations being an unchangeable GUI size and you need to edit the Minecart texture via resource pack. Everything can be customized from the items in the GUI, the lores and names of those items (supports color codes), the click-events run when clicking the items, and even the item needed to open the GUI. Can have multiple GUIs and GUI pages if set up correctly (needs special configuring after generation)
Colored Particles
This generator makes it very easy to create colored particle effects. Simply select your color via the color picker and the generator will automatically update the output command to be that color.
Randomized Structure Generator
A semi-useless generator but cool nonetheless. This generator is simple: select the blocks you want inside, the dimensions of the box, and generate. The generator will make a structure file that will be randomized each time it is loaded and contain the blocks entered. An example usage would be for a vanilla prison server. Other than that, pretty useless for the normal user.
Cool! Very useful for those of us who haven't updated to 1.9+ xD
Thank you however I have not updated this post in a few months so some things have indeed changed. I dropped 1.8 support for most generators besides the ones that work universally (like the color commands generator) and the holograms generator (It has a lot of code, and I'm too lazy to remove 1.8 support). I have now updated the post to have the correct information and new info on new generators added to the site.

Updated to now have links and information to a new generator I added: The clickable mobs generator http://mctoolbox.me/click-mobs/
Thank you
I have updated the clickable mobs generator to now support adding armor and hand items
Extremely useful!
One of the best command generator websites out there in my opinion, seriously coloured items is sooo useful.
Thought you might want to see what I managed to make with it, I used the coloured commands generator and GUI generator, both worked extremely well.

(even got a YouTube review! Unfortunately he didn't install the resorce pack 😎)
