Okay, could I have some sort of video that shows me how to install this mod?
Cause I have no ****ing clue how to install it.

DarianStephens - The Minecraft-specific code now recognizes MultiMC's funky launch wrapper... though more changes need to be made for the core of PML to support non-immediate loading.
JesseMC4060 - How are the updated instructions?

I have been trying to install seasons mod, but have ran into a problem, I followed the installation instructions to the letter, but when I go to launch it says this: Error could not find or load main class javaagent:PLMCore. I have everything from the zip in my .minecraft. Can you at a glance tell me how I screwed up?
Stifledlizard - It looks like you're mixing parts together, so let's start with the basics: is this for a client or server? If it's a client, which launcher are you trying to use? If it's a server, what's the server brand, and what is the OS of the computer the server is supposed to run on?

(Stifledlizard and I worked out the problem he had via PM)
BogdanG - The PML out/err log is more comprehensive and covers the early loading better than the FML log, by the way. Even still it's clear from the FML log that PML doesn't understand the active obfuscation set - the fix is as simple as including the tiny obfuscation add-on(s) you need. (The Seasons Mod only requires the Dev<-->MCP one.) They take a bit of time to download their obfuscation maps the first time you use them with a particular version of MC, but they save the maps so that it's a one-time download
It looks like this OpenJDK is compatible, but things could be a little iffy since Oracle JDK natives are being installed by PML (at runtime, so nothing that persists).
*Users: Please remember to download any obfuscation map providers required by the mods you need this for. I have a couple such providers available on the page for my minor Minecraft Mods, ad-free.

Thanks, now works, the question: have you considered the possibility of accelerating the start of the game when a lot of mods? The fact that the start-up as well as he single-player server, receives a greater load than it can handle, in the end we have friezes over those that have been, although we still remain available memory and CPU resources.
P.S. I did not is simple so moved from HotSpot to OpenJDK, in the number of long tests, I came to the conclusion that it is better JVM for maincraft with mods than HotSpot.
So in short, I downloaded all of the corresponding files and cores for the Seasons Mod, but when I launch the instance (I'm using the ATlauncher as the vanilla launcher will not work for some reason), the console returns an exception that states that the file specified by the Java argument added in the parameter could not be located. I did as the text guide explained in putting all of the files in the correct place and even opened some of the jars with a zip extractor to try and locate this file, but I couldn't find it. Could you provide any input or help about this?
I put this exact line into the parameter for the launcher: -javaagent:PMLCore/PMLPremain.jar=-MCSide:Client
P.S. I spent a long time on all of the threads trying to find the downloads as at each link I clicked, it just lead me to another thread and then that thread's download hyperlink just went in a circle and the cycle almost never ended. I just wanted to let you know that as a user, that somewhat frustrated me. But I still found them in the end.
Were the circular links linking back to the same page you were on (which has happened before for some inexplicable reason)? Or was the three threads just confusing you (which seems to be the general issue)? It's on three different pages to help avoid ridiculous legal quarrels from Mojang/Microsoft, and to help separate the stuff from TSM (The Seasons Mod isn't the only mod, and I'm not the only developer, to use them... it's just the most popular mod, and I'm the only one to publically post mods that do).
The forums are a little interesting to work with. To delete your own post, you need to report it for a mod/admin to remove for you. Not sure why you can't edit your posts... maybe it's because you don't have 12 posts yet or whatever. It could also be that you need to reload the page in order to edit.

Hey! I tried to download PML but it didn't work. It came up with an error that someone previously had as well: Error: could not find or load main class. [/b]I did everything as instructed, yet it still did not work. Any ideas of what went wrong? I'm trying to install the client version with 1.8.9.
Hey i tryed out to install this mod in the technic launcher but it doesnt work... in my modpack folder i opended the "bin" folder and there i opened the "modpack.jar". Then i deleted all items in the "META-INF" folder (but not the MANIFEST.MF. After that i added this (, { "javaArguments": "-javaagent:PMLCore/PMLPremain.jar=-MCSide:Client" }) to the version.json document in the modpack.jar. Now i put the season mod in the mods folder and started the game. But i doesnt start. Can someone help me?

I've spent the past hour or so troubleshooting, and I'm now getting an error "java.lang.RuntimeException: weatherpony.pml.implementorapi.PMLSetup$DependencyException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://www-us.apache.org/dist/poi/release/bin/poi-bin-3.14.zip"
[MC]PML works for MC 1.6 [maybe earlier versions, too, though I haven't checked them] though the current [MC 1.11], though that doesn't say anything about mods that use PML - this is more of an API to advanced Java stuff than to Minecraft. In fact, I'm now buying Rising World on Steam -- after I play some of it and come to understand what it has from a gameplay perspective, I'll be writing up adaptation code for PML's use with it (shouldn't take too long, and could bring a nice sudden Java modding surge to that modding community, even though the game is still in alpha).
For users getting a FileNotFoundException from use with The Seasons Mod, there is an official updated version on the mod's Curse page. The author of that mod hasn't linked to it yet from his MinecraftForums page, even though he's had the Curse one up for a while now. (That lazy modder! Oh wait... that's me :P)

So does this now work with MultiMC or is it still incompatible? I really want to use the Seasons mod.
I would like to know this as well. I assume its still incompatible.
I can't get it to work, sadly... REALLY wanted the seasons mod, too!
Any idea what's causing this?

Does PML work with 1.10+ ?
