Is there snapshot support? I used the snapshot jar file and it gets stuck at "Starting up..." even though my server is already up. i am guessing this is a bug unless I am missing some sort of setting.
Hmm I'll have a look sometime this week. Mojang must have changed the format/text that they print out in the console when the server has finished starting
Edit: OK, maybe sometime in the coming weeks. There is a Windows computer outage at my household atm
Any Visual Basic coders are welcome to patch the source on Github if you can fix the problem

Err so I went to Mojang's website and downloaded what I think is their latest snapshot ('minecraft_server.1.7.6-pre2.jar')... all seems fine in Dashboard and didn't get stuck on 'Starting up...'
If you are still experiencing this problem, post up the console output
This is a great piece of software. The only issue I have with it is I don't show up on the "Who's online" list. I don't show up under the "Online PLayers" under the players tab either. It does read the ops.txt file just fine, because I show up there (I manually added myself).
I'm using 1.6.4, FTB TechWorld2 modpack (added / removed some mods there also)
Fantastic GUI!!!
Can you handle multiple servers on the same computer? Or allow the name of the running instance to be changed so multiple running instances can have unique names on the top of the application and in the taskbar.
Request: Can you add a Plugins Tab in the Dashboard Application so that Server Owners/Maintainers can easily install/uninstall, or update plugins? That would be a really useful feature if put. Thanks!

That's an interesting suggestion. Someone has written an awesome server gui which does plugins too - have you checked out bukkitgui? I'll give it a go in Dashboard, but it'll be a while... it's now on the wishlist

Well, I could make that happen. But I reckon that if you are going to run multiple servers, Dashboard probably isn't the best solution because it itself uses quite a 'bit' of your machine's memory

The IP address that Dashboard shows you under Tools > Invite new players is fetched from http://checkip.dyndns.org/
I should make it easier to copy the address to the clipboard, really...

Great work!
Hey hyper1on, I've fixed the issue for the player lists not working for you Tested with 1.6.4 Forge.
I've updated the download links for the latest beta.
Also, if you have any feature requests (which I can code :)), or have come across any bugs - I'm happy to take a look. This is my list of feature requests

I think so, I found this link on the minecraft wiki which seems helpful http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Tutorials/Setting_up_a_server#Port_forwarding
But that link does not tell me how to port forward
Look around elsewhere on this forum, like http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1598228-guide-included-portforwarding-megathread-post-your-port-forwarding-questions-here/ - or even on youtube
