I am getting an error where when I run MCmodeler from the terminal (using 'java -jar MCModeler.jar -osdetect') I get a bunch of errors and it doesn't open. When I try to open it normally it just doesn't open.
The errors are...

I've been quite busy lately, but I am still working on it.
I'm not sure how to install the Java3D. I used an update for the Mac, so it should be up to date. (: Also, I can't find the MCModeler.jar. I have a MCModeler.class file. I tried to open that in Terminal but I get this.

Alright, there is a new update, buts its not a complete rewrite. It simply utlizes Java3D's API a bit less (as the GUI was part of Java3D), so the Linux GUI should be all better now. The grid should now show completely even when entering in text (it liked to flash on and off), and just performance fixes.
Hope you like it
Jdembo, mine doesn't open at all. it doesn't give the errors like it used to (i downloaded Java 3D) and now it opens up the my computer's dock. But the window never opens up. How can i get it to open?

I'm not sure what the problem is, I can run version 1.2 without any issues.
On a somewhat related note, thank you for all your hard work and I look forward to the future improvements.

hm, if 1.2 runs fine, then it should work. I only use a few arrays, I'll have to look into this.
1.3 just opens and closes?
