Is there a way to make something happen, like a variable goes up +1 when something is said in chat? Like for example every time it says that you kill someone, a number goes up.
I'll send my issue here aswell xD (You should see it on your twitter TL.)
I have my MC accounts created with shortcut files pointing to the T:/MinecraftClient.exe (T: Drive letter is my USB stick), every shortcut works on Windows 10, but as soon I go to my other PC which is a Windows 8.1, some shortcut doesn't work (I change the drive letter to T:\ (heh, my name is TNTUP) and it seems like corrupted or W8.1 doesn't recognize it, but if I go to Properties, the Target field is empty, the Run field has the T:\ and icon, but only the target is blank. unplugging the USB and plugging it back to my Windows 10, now everything works (no shortcut corruption) but Im having the same issue on my two others Windows 7 PCs.
I've upgraded W8.1 to W10, and heh, shortcut works. Going back to W8.1... same issue again... I don't know what its causing it, Should I delete all and recreating all shortcuts on Windows 7 and I guess it will rehappen again... I found alternatives instead using LNK files, but I cannot set icons on a file (example <theaccount>.mcc) so it will prevent issues with shortcut files... I know I'll need to set a variable so on each first time using MCC that will associate .mcc files to the MinecraftClient.exe located in T:\ or another directory...
Heh sorry for writing a long post, and my english is poor so sorry about that ><

I don't have a copy of 8.1 to test it anymore, but maybe if you create it while using 8.1 it will work when transferring to 10? I don't know too much about how LNK files are structured (though it looks like it is documented on MSDN). Actually, it does look like Windows 10 created a new version for shortcut files but I'm pretty sure older ones will still work.
So, yea, I recommend you try creating the shortcut while on windows 8.1 or windows 7 and then it hopefully should work both there and on 10.
If that doesn't work, then you could (and this would be somewhat silly, but still doable) write a wrapper program as a .exe that just calls minecraft console client with the parameters you want and has the right icon. It would be more complicated, but it would probably not have any issues between operating systems.

Well, I could always try creating the shortcut to my Windows 8.1 computer, but way before Windows 10 arrives they were fine, until I upgrade my PCs to Windows 10 and I guess they got altered so they're unusable on earlier Windows. I guess so if I create them and put it in an archive file *would* solve but it wont show LNK's icons... ugh..
Sadly I don't code programs so I can't do it... I'd prefer that I associate the .mcc file ext with the "login:pass" thing, but it would be in plaintext (probs not safe) on a USB drive, that the file extension loads it automatically either feching the player's helm from mojang servers, My own API, public API or from a ICO file which I do for every account I use with MCC should be doable but harder :/ .... If its ever possible, running MinecraftClient which auto associate .mcc files and which ever option in order to load the ICO thing (Filename is the player name) so the icon will appear in the file browser/taskbar.
Thanks for you help though, gotta go fast... uh wait sleep! XD
EDIT: I've found this tool on the web called "LNKFileEditor" which I can fix the missing target file and click save and I can open it on Windows 8.1! Yay!
Basically my alt in this case Bubalicious only says "Logging alts" 1 or 2 times then exits the server. Is there a way to have all the alts log on at different times versus all of them open at once? If somebody would write the script for me I would love you 4ever <3.
I'm getting this crash error every few hours. I need to run a stable 24/7 console client and its very hard with the new dev build. (I need to use the dev build) It randomly happens on my VPS with no interaction or reason
I get bad packets on /quit of the app, which gets me IP blocked from my server.

I found a strange issue in connecting to mc.minenite.com (a bungee server). When connecting, I get the following:
Console Client for MC 1.4.6 to 1.8.8 - v1.8.2 - By ORelio & Contributors
Connecting to Minecraft.net...
Success. (session ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
Using Minecraft version 1.8.8 (protocol v47)
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 104.128.48.74:25565
Failed to connect to this IP.
However, minecraft connects without issue. So, I used Wireshark and I noticed despite the fact I do not have to enter port information, MC sends on port 25585 instead of the standard.
This made me curious and so I looked at the dns query used to resolve the host name. Standard MC does the following DNS query:
Queries
_minecraft._tcp.mc.minenite.com: type SRV, class IN
Name: _minecraft._tcp.mc.minenite.com
[Name Length: 31]
[Label Count: 5]
Type: SRV (Server Selection) (33)
Class: IN (0x0001)
Which elicits the following response:
Answers
_minecraft._tcp.mc.minenite.com: type SRV, class IN, priority 0, weight 5, port 25585, target mc.minenite.com
Service: _minecraft
Protocol: _tcp
Name: mc.minenite.com
Type: SRV (Server Selection) (33)
Class: IN (0x0001)
Time to live: 1789
Data length: 23
Priority: 0
Weight: 5
Port: 25585
Target: mc.minenite.com
Additional records
mc.minenite.com: type A, class IN, addr 104.128.48.74
Name: mc.minenite.com
Type: A (Host Address) (1)
Class: IN (0x0001)
Time to live: 872
Data length: 4
Address: 104.128.48.74
Of course the console client never queries for this information and doesn't then know to talk on port 25585. I don't know if you know about this but believe it is outside of the scope of your software of if this is little known (it's new to me) and you might be interested in implementing it.Once I added the port information, I could connect without issue.

Did you try the latest dev build? That's probably a chat format issue
how do u use it its not formatted?????
idk I cant figure out ur dev build help plz?
Mobdon, it would probably help if you gave more info. Are you having difficulty downloading the dev build or using the chat format?

Hello Mr Orelio!
I have an idea for a project in regards to the console client.
I was inspired by the user Jtash, He implemented the CS:GO Jackpot into the console client by making a bot.
I have a similar idea but different game! if you could at all reach out to me that would be great!
-Beau(I believe i have you on skype)
I keep get the message "you where kicked by the server you are using the wrong version" so how do I fix this?
Hello,
Mobdon: Latest dev build is here.
_initsuj: Thanks for trying to help him out ^^
MyCrazyPi: You may write a custom C# script for doing that but that's not handled out of the box.
GetP: You can find sample files here including sample-matches.ini that should help ^^
thebeast123e: This can be made as a C# script see sample-script-with-chatbot.cs, feel free to share any bot you make!
Realtomsmasher1: There is a mcversion field you can edit in MinecraftClient INI file to force a specific Minecraft version.
I need help simply running a script to log on several alts onto a server. Whenever I run my "script.txt" (/script script.txt) on terminal, it says,
Meanwhile in my console client folder there is clearly a script.txt http://puu.sh/mY5MN/08ed5ee63f.png. The Script is as follows:
connect server1 1
wait 10
send logging alts
connect server1 2
wait 10
send logging alts
connect server1 3
wait 10
send logging alts
connect server1 4
wait 10
send logging alts...
My servers.txt: server1,pvp.daegonner.com and my accounts.txt in this format:
1, username,password
2, username,password
How can I run this specific script?
Welcome to the Minecraft Forum
Try /script script.txt and make sure the console client is launched from the same directory as script.txt
I'll send my issue here aswell xD (You should see it on your twitter TL.)

I've upgraded W8.1 to W10, and heh, shortcut works. Going back to W8.1... same issue again... I don't know what its causing it, Should I delete all and recreating all shortcuts on Windows 7 and I guess it will rehappen again... how can I enable terrainandmovements INI setting ?
it isn't present in the ini settings:
