Requests: option that allows you to choose which pickaxes are able to be used to break and get the block.
also be able to replace all blocks at certain levels when using world generation.

I'd like to know if anyone has a tutorial for making blocks that behave like logs in-game. Blocks that have different directions depending on what side of a block they are placed on.
Also, is there any chance of being able to use 32x32 textures without them being cut down to 16x16?
I can post .zip file of MCreator for Linux and Mac. I'm sure it will work for Linux, bu I don't know if it will work for Mac users. Tell me if mac supports \ file separator?
PLEASE PLEASE DO!!!!!!!!!!! I REALLY WANT IT AND I HAVE A MAC PLEASE PLEASE!!!

You say you're running a mac? I am too. Get virtualbox, find a .iso file for the type of windows you wanna install, install windows on virtualbox, and voila! Any programs that run on windows can now be accessed from your mac, by using your new virtual windows. For the .iso file, there's a developer preview of windows 8.1 that you can use. It runs pretty well.
Yes it does use the file seperator eg. /User/*HIDDEN*/Library/Application\ Support/minecraft
Folders with two words in have \ before the space usually
No, that \ is NOT a directory separator. That is an escape character, used to allow spaces to be used in filenames at the command line. UNIX-like operating systems (Linux and Mac included) only accept / as a directory separator.
However, Windows NT (including XP, Vista, Win7, and Win8) all internally accept / as a directory separator even though they display \ in most places. (Some naively-written software may not support it, but the underlying OS does.) As a result, it's highly likely that the switch could be made and work on both platforms.

It ALMOST works under WINE (try Wineskin Winery), which *isn't* illegal. Unfortunately, after decompiling, the test in the next step fails with no useful information to try to diagnose the issue further.

Wonderful, you're proposing pirating Windows. Congratulations.
