One of the best launchers in the minecraft universe. My only complaint is that I have to use the original minecraft launcher in order to update or force update minecraft, just a little complaint though
This worked great for me at first but the next day it stopped working? It will open up just fine but when i try to open up a world, it just says "downloading terrain" and nothing will happen? :/
The only other thing to suggest is a complete replacement of MC.
Drag your *.minecraft folder somewhere you can find it later, and start MC with Minecraft.exe (you will need user name and password).
That creates a brand new never been fooled with MC.
After it opens, try it with Magic (no Forge). Successful, try the recommended Forge. Not successful replace Magic and retry. Please let me know whether or not it solves your problem.
Any existing worlds can still be recovered in your original *.MC folder Just drag COPIES of whats in the old \saves folder to the new \saves folder.

The safest download is ALWAYS http ://www.minecraftforum.net/something. Anything else is a crap shoot. Viruses, outdated/not current/pirated versions abound. Just click my AdF.ly link.
You should always READ page 1, post 1 (including spoilers), and the last 5 pages of posts for any Mod you consider adding. Do that, and it's very rare you'll have to ask a question or be unpleasantly surprised by a crash.

I got this a couple days ago and it works VERY good, but I have one complaint. When I go on a single player or multiplayer server i am steve. When i ask other people they say I have my regular skin. I think this is a problem with the program or my minecraft. Im not sure

It connects to AdF.ly, DO NOTHING; watch the timer in the upper right count down to zero and change to "SKIP AD". The only thing you EVER click at AdF.ly is that SKIP AD! All the other crap is there to lure you into something you don't want. Don't be Charlie Tuna and bite.
Does it work with the latest recommended Forge?
If yes report your problem in the Forge thread.
